5+ years experience in field sales management.
Ability to lead, manage and develop local field sales representatives through coaching and mentoring.

Financial management (to include analyzing market data and developing sales plans), and organizational skills required.

Ensure business plan is aligned with the objectives and goals of the Division's strategic plan. EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or one- or two-year's related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
EXPERIENCE
3+ years successful outside sales experience, preferably industrial sales.
5+ years experience in field sales management.
Ability to lead, manage and develop local field sales representatives through coaching and mentoring.
Management experience should include recruiting, interviewing, training and developing a productive sales team.
Financial management (to include analyzing market data and developing sales plans), and organizational skills required.
Thorough understanding and experience building long-term customer relationships, prospecting, account development, problem solving and ability to deliver service, solutions, and project a can-do attitude.
Knowledge of construction, building and facility maintenance a plus.
Should have experience with word processing or spreadsheet software, Internet software, and contact management systems.
The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $100,000 and $160,000 + comprehensive bonus.

Provide hands on application training and supervision of roof coatings and installation. Performs roof inspections and generates written reports on condition analysis, photo documentation, recommendation and material budget estimates. Communicates professionally with our customers, distributors, Rust-Oleum sales representatives, national account executives and corporate staff. Completes weekly/monthly reports, sales activities and proposals. Conducts Pre-project field inspections and technical support, including but not limited to: Adhesion tests Product recommendations Proper product installation Product diagnostic support to ensure proper selection and product usage.
Provides an on-going sales support, training and development to contractors. Function as a direct line of contact to the contractors & distributors, in the designated area, to ensure a consistent working relationship with the existing contractor base, keeping them informed and trained on Rust-Oleum's product line, new products introduced and where to buy. Develops new contractors in the area by training on product systems and their usage. Develops and grows distributor relationships to sell the Rust-Oleum Roof Coatings program. Travel within the assigned territory and complete expense reports on a timely basis.
Required Skills:

Requirements:

Manage any schedule interruptions due to RM issues. Responsible for properly printing and posting all batch tickets. MTO/MTS status of finished goods at all plants, work with shipping and customer service to clarify status. Reviews and validates total demand requirements for product batches for optimal batch size and proper warehouse allocation. Responds to informal product requests from proper approval sources for batch priorities and visibilities. Determines manufacturing resource requirement and schedules resources for optimal utilization. Reviews resource constraints (i.e., materials, labor equipment, etc.) and adjusts production schedule accordingly. Assigns material to be reworked as available and within specifications, if requested. Answers questions regarding production status for orders for the Customer Service department.
Notifies customer service if schedule is modified and affects customer delivery dates. Participates in and works on special projects. Provides production reporting to VP of Operations and Plant Managers. Perform additional duties as assigned. Commit to the Company's safety and quality programs.

What will you do?
A penchant for business development, working out of your own office, you'll meet & engage new and repeat customers in your territory; assessing their needs, you will provide a truly consultative Stonhard solution. Customer sales calls include a mix of existing/repeat business along with prospecting for new customers and projects. Closely work with your manager to meet & exceed sales goals. Participate in overseeing the successful delivery of product installation, ensuring optimum customer satisfaction.
Project management responsibilities include ensuring raw materials are on site, construction crews have everything they need and troubleshooting any installation issues that may come up. Full turn-key operation ensures a smooth install and helps secure next project in another area or building. Will participate in an enriching training process spanning over two years, traveling to our headquarters for pre-planned, scheduled training(s).
Base Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000
Uncapped Commission potential (First 2 years): approx.
$15,000 - $50,000
Supplemental Pay Types:Commission Pay, Bonus Pay

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Maintenance Technician supports and ensures the completion of day-to-day maintenance activities at the plant.
The position provides support to leadership for all maintenance staff to drive excellence and maximize effort.
The position focuses on maintaining high-quality standards through the efforts expended at the facility that meet and exceed customer expectations while maintaining a professional and equally efficient environment for all production employees.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform standard work in a safe manner by following all written and verbally communicated safety rules and procedures.
Inspect and repair plant equipment, including but not limited to mechanical, welding, carpentry, electrical, instrumentation and controls to minimize downtime.
Document accurate maintenance activity records.
Clean and maintain assigned areas and tools to ensure proper functionality.
Participate in the continuous improvement process.
Report incidents, near misses, and any non-conformances through the appropriate channels. Exemplify the expected values of organization including following policies and standard work procedures. Give input on and coordinate maintenance supply purchases. Perform Preventative Maintenance Program to ensure completion and accuracy. Other projects and tasks as assigned. Cross-train on other production functions to aid as business need dictates.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
One-year certificate from college, technical school or manufacturing training program. One additional year of experience plus high school diploma/GED in lieu of higher education is acceptable. Two additional years of experience in lieu of formal education is acceptable.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
No prior experience or training required unless noted above.
OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Capable of installing, programming, and troubleshooting PLC; AC/DC drive motors preferred Ability to troubleshoot electric, air systems, and hydraulic systems Knowledge of lockout/tagout, arc flash requirements, confined space entry and hot work permit Ability to work overtime as needed; ability to meet deadlines Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond urgently to down equipment Effective team player, self-motivated, quick learner Good communication skills with the ability to read, write, and communicate fluently in English
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Incumbent must be able to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, climb, balance, kneel, talk, hear, taste, smell, and lift up to 50 lbs.
