As our Material Handler, you will work in our distribution center to pick orders on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule for 12 hour shifts (6p-6:30a).We can't ship without you.
Every day you will work alongside a hardworking and fast-paced team to select orders from the warehouse floor and place them on the correct pallet.
To thrive you must be prepared to lift packages of 50 pounds repeatedly and always think safety first.
You'll be someone your team can rely on to make sure our orders are right before they're in route to our customers.

Works under minimal supervision

Collaborates with machine operators in production process

Determines priorities and creates procedures to meet objectives of the plant
Ensures maintenance is completed according to Preventative Maintenance Plan
Cross-trains on all production areas in the facility (i.e.
safety, production, equipment)

The primary result expected from the Maintenance Mechanic will be to keep machines, mechanical equipment, or the structure of the facility in repair by Pipe fitting; boiler making; insulating; welding; machining; carpentry; repairing electrical or mechanical equipment; installing, aligning, and balancing new equipment; and repairing buildings, floors, or stairs.
Here's what you can expect: • Repair or replace defective equipment parts, using hand tools and power tools, and reassemble equipment. • Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure that machines continue to run smoothly, building systems operate efficiently, or the physical condition of buildings does not deteriorate. • Follow checklists to inspect drives, motors, and belts, check fluid levels, replace filters, or perform other maintenance actions. • Use tools ranging from common hand and power tools, such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches, to precision measuring instruments and electrical and electronic testing devices. • Assemble, install or repair wiring, electrical and electronic components, pipe systems, machinery, and equipment. • Diagnose mechanical problems and determine how to correct them, checking blueprints, repair manuals, and parts catalogs as necessary. • Inspect, operate, and test machinery and equipment to diagnose machine malfunctions. • Record type and cost of maintenance or repair work. • Clean and lubricate shafts, bearings, gears, and other parts of machinery. • Dismantle devices to access and remove defective parts, using hoists, cranes, hand tools, and power tools. Required Skills: • 3+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing environment; preferably in chemical/paint manufacturing • High School Diploma or equivalent • Must have expertise in packaging equipment, plumbing, and pipefitting, with skills in electrical work and instrument calibration considered a definite plus • Demonstrated ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex packaging and material-handling equipment is required • Ability to do basic math. • Accurately enter and retrieve computer data. • Ability to operate machinery • Ability to solve problems in a team environment. • Active participation in our Continuous Improvement Process. • Ability to consistently lift 50 pounds. • Willing to work overtime as required. We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior R&D Scientist with deep expertise of industrial paints and coatings to join our R&D team in the Consumer Product Goods (CPG) sector.
This role focuses on developing and optimizing industrial coating products, ensuring they meet the highest standards of performance, safety, and regulatory compliance.
This position provides leadership to internal research, product development, and cross-functional teams.
The candidate must possess demonstrated competencies and experiences in project management, documentation, and communication.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in chemistry, particularly in the formulation and application of industrial products.
Technology Competency:
The Senior R&D Scientist candidate will demonstrate and apply the following skills to their work and has a proven track record of performing this consistently.
Strong understanding of Scientific Methodology.
Hypothesis driven research and problem-solving capability using experimental design, data analysis and documentation.
Coating Chemistries: alkyd, epoxy, phenolic, polyurethane, polyaspartics and sil(ox)anes etc.
Coating Formulation Science: Lead the design, development, and optimization of industrial coating formulations including brush, rolled and spray applications for various protective coatings including general industrial, corrosion protection, containment, tank linings and other high-performance applications (waterborne and/or solvent borne)
Utilize in-depth knowledge of industrial coating applications, industrial specifications (SSPC, MPI, ISO, etc..), and professional end user requirements to develop high-performance products.
Apply expert knowledge of organic chemistry and material science to troubleshoot complex formulation issues, enhance product performance, and ensure product stability and safety.
Technical Leadership:
The Senior R&D Scientist demonstrates and applies the following attributes
Ability to develop and implement project plans with proven technical leadership, technically guiding complex R&D projects and team members
Ability to generate accurate timelines, time management, prioritization, and resource utilization, while measuring progress and providing updates in alignment with our marketing team
