The Role of the Commissioning Engineer:
UK-wide commissioning of pumps, motors, inverters, and PLCs.
Creating and implementing detailed commissioning plans before heading to site.
Installing, testing, and commissioning new capital equipment at water and food industry sites.
Occasional refurbishments, though the focus is mainly on new installs.
Spending up to two weeks on-site for installation projects, followed by office-based planning and reporting.
Collaborating with the internal team on project planning, documentation, and follow-up.
Ensuring all work is completed to the highest quality and safety standards.
The Ideal Person for the Commissioning Engineer Role:
Installation or project management experience, ideally within the wastewater or food sectors.
Or possibly a Service Engineer with some PLC or Inverter knowledge.
NEBOSH or Prince 2 qualifications would be an advantage.
Organised and IT literate with a mechanical or electrical background.
Experience in filtration or separation technologies would be beneficial.
Enthusiastic, energetic, and outgoing personality – a team player who can also take initiative and drive results.
Not necessarily a PLC programmer but needs to understand the technology.
Full UK driving license and willingness to travel extensively across the UK.

As a Technical Field Sales Executive / Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, building lasting customer relationships, and promoting our high-quality electro-mechanical solutions across your designated region.
You will work closely with engineers and customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and business growth.
Ideally Located - M62 Corridor - Liverpool, Leeds, Manchester, Hull, Warrington, Salford, Bradford, Birmingham
Salary - Basic Circa £45K plus bonus (£10K) - Company Car - 25 days Hols (plus BH 33 total) - Pension - Health Care - DIS - Laptop - Mobile - Fully Remote
Key Responsibilities / Role:
Negotiate contracts, manage pricing, and close sales.
Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to foster repeat business and customer loyalty.
Experience in technical field sales or technical area sales management, preferably within the electro-mechanical or similar sectors.
Strong technical background with the ability to understand and communicate technical products / solutions.
A consultative approach to selling.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to maximise sales opportunities.

The Role of the Regional Sales Manager
The main element of the role is to sell ultrasound Point of Care capital equipment.
You will sell into the NHS and private hospitals, liaising, demonstrating and selling the portfolio of ultrasound capital equipment to surgeons, consultants and procurement.
You will also be responsible for preparing customer presentations, tenders and proposals.
The majority of your time is spent in secondary care environment.
This is a mix of new and existing business.
Covering Wales, Herefordshire, Gloucestershire, Dudley, Wolverhampton, Bristol, Telford, Walsall, Stoke & Derby
The Ideal Person for the Regional Sales Manager
MUST have medical capital equipment sales experience (Used to high value sales).
Must be a fantastic relationship builder and maintainer.
Must be very focused, a self-starter & very resilient.
Performance driven.
Customer orientation.
Cooperation and teamwork.
Self-driven.
Good communication skills.
Strong focus on consultative selling and excellent closing abilities.
Looking for someone who has experience selling to procurement level & above, NHS trusts, used to dealing with terms & contracts.
The role will require a hunter mentality, with the candidate living on the patch, with (ideally) capital sales experience & proven performance.
Requires someone very hungry with a desire to exceed the OTE, you will need to be very focused, a self-starter & very resilient, with ideally experience using salesforce.com.
