Responsibilities:
Management of QEHS across the company and all sites.

Sign off on weekly reports from Site Staff.
Reviewing project cashflows/histogram/P&Ls prepared by CMs/PMs/Site Engineers.
Liaising with design team.
Submitting weekly status reports to Managing Director
Procure new business in line with agreed budgets.
Liaising with existing and new clients.
Finalise rates, value engineering options, prelims etc.
on all tenders with Estimating Manager.
Produce support documentation for tenders and prequalification submissions.
Attend client tender review meetings, resolve issues and close out deal.

POSITION: Façade Consultant and Project Manager

Our Client is looking for a Façade Project Manager to join their Façade Design Team.
As a Project you will work alongside the Project Director and the rest of the project team to manage project procurement, design and specifications, schedule, budget, site monitoring to ensure a high-quality bespoke façade solution.
Responsibilities
Interpret and produce fabrication-level detailed drawings, sketches and written instructions
Review and comment of package issued documentation, for example drawings, reports, technical queries, requests for information, safe system of works and risk assessments, etc.
Assist engineers and design team in regards to CAD or hand sketches for presentation purposes as required
Monitoring and reporting on budgets, cash flow and profitability
Manage time to ensure the production of deliverables to agreed timelines and within budget
Carry out off-site and on-site inspections to assess production status, ensure quality of manufacturing and installation including testing and benchmarking, relevant reporting.
Liaise with other staff, project teams, associated consultants and clients, and assist in building and maintaining relationships to determine the best façade design outcomes
Track progress vs.

Produce short and medium term programmes for the façade package fully coordinated with the overall programme and key milestones.
Keep an up-to-date working knowledge of relevant design techniques, technical standards, codes of practice and systems and procedures and share knowledge and update technical library

Maintain project tracking logs
Onsite monitoring of Façade installation
Undertake Survey & Investigation (if required)
Maintain internal document control of drawings and changes following Patrick Ryan Associates procedures.
Maintain and develop own skills by attending CPD's, seminars and through personal study.

Requirements
University level - MSc, MEng, RIBA / ARB or other relevant qualification or vast experience within the industry
7 years of experience working within façade industry, with good knowledge of detail design, façade systems,
Previous experience of Project Management and leading a team is essential.
An understanding of industry Fire standards and experience of Fire Remediation are beneficial together with an understanding of the Building Safety Act.
Experience with Curtain walling, SFS, and relevant Façade systems
Knowledge and understanding Conditions of Contract, and implementing contract processes would be useful
Strong ability to deliver Façade packages on time and on budget throughout the project
Proficient use of Project Management software - CMAP would be ideal.
Proficient with MSOffice suit (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Proficient with PDF editing software such as Blubeam or Adobe.
Proficient with AutoCAD
Able to travel as required.

The Process Engineer will manage and commercialize new processes developed by the Research and Development department into full scale production within the Tremco Corsicana plant.
The Process Engineer will determine which equipment in the plant is most suited to make new products and what modifications may be necessary for such production to successfully occur. Over the next two years, the Tremco Corsicana facility will design, construct, and commission a new reactor.
This new major plant expansion will introduce new production capabilities to the Corsicana facility and is expected to serve as a model project for further plant modernization efforts.
The employee filling this role will lead this expansion project all the way through the commissioning and scaleup phases. In addition to supporting new products and plant expansions, this individual will also manage and optimize existing processes throughout the plant with the goals of maximizing yield and minimizing batch cycle times. SUMMARY OF JOB DUTIES: Safety The Process Engineer will actively participate in process safety reviews, and process hazards analysis as the technical representative. Must understand the hazards of the raw materials, processes, and products in order to develop a safe manufacturing process. Subject matter expert in wide range of chemical plant processes and systems.
Perform safety vent calculations for process upset conditions. Determine the correct control systems and interlocks to safely operate the process. Participate in plantwide process safety programs. LEAN Culture Use knowledge of existing processes to propose process modifications which will reduce waste. The Process Engineer, will be the technical consultant to the plant continuous improvement team. Understand the principle and philosophy behind the implementation of a LEAN culture. Product Quality Provide process knowledge to quality control department in order to troubleshoot quality issues. Regulatory Knowledge: Stay up to date with current H&S regulations and industry trends to provide accurate and timely advice to clients, ensuring their compliance and safety.3.
Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by delivering exceptional service, understanding their unique needs, and offering customised solutions.4.
Documentation: Maintain detailed records of client interactions, advice given, and recommended actions, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.5.
Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of new resources and tools for clients.
What You Need to Know:
, This is a full-time, permanent role., You'll have the privilege of learning from our seasoned consultants, honing your overall H&S expertise., All training and qualifications are fully funded by us, and we're experts at helping you strike the right balance between studying and working full-time (we've been perfecting it for 7 years!)., Tech IOSH status is a must or at least proof that you're on the path to achieving it., We'll enhance your skills via the NVQ route while you gain hands-on experience in our technical and content H&S teams.
But the journey doesn't end there! After successfully completing the program and earning your Cert IOSH status, we'll continue to support you through our IPD/CPD program to achieve CMIOSH status while working as an H&S Consultant.
