JOB DESCRIPTION
Primarily responsible for lab testing and field trials for new product development, field training of TM's and installers on product installations and system set up and maintenance.
Also acts as a technical liaison for field personnel and various internal departments.
Essential Functions
Conducts on-going market research for Product Managers and marketing services. Performs laboratory, forensic analysis for field failures and for the purpose of making product recommendations. Provides product and application training for sales engineers and field sales managers as required. Provides field training and project management for foreign affiliates and for large or complex projects.
