GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Maintenance Technician supports and ensures the completion of day-to-day maintenance activities at the plant.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Inspect and repair plant equipment, including but not limited to mechanical, welding, carpentry, electrical, instrumentation and controls to minimize downtime.
Document accurate maintenance activity records.
Clean and maintain assigned areas and tools to ensure proper functionality.
Participate in the continuous improvement process.
Report incidents, near misses, and any non-conformances through the appropriate channels. Exemplify the expected values of organization including following policies and standard work procedures. Give input on and coordinate maintenance supply purchases. Perform Preventative Maintenance Program to ensure completion and accuracy. Other projects and tasks as assigned. Cross-train on other production functions to aid as business need dictates.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
One-year certificate from college, technical school or manufacturing training program. One additional year of experience plus high school diploma/GED in lieu of higher education is acceptable. Two additional years of experience in lieu of formal education is acceptable.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
1+ year of experience
OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Capable of installing, programming, and troubleshooting PLC; AC/DC drive motors preferred.
Ability to troubleshoot electric, air systems, and hydraulic systems. Knowledge of lockout/tagout, arc flash requirements, confined space entry and hot work permit.
Ability to work overtime as needed; ability to meet deadlines.

Proficient in reading and interpreting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics
Skilled in welding, fabrication, and use of cutting equipment

Collaborate with analysts to gather and document detailed technical specifications.
Develop and deploy Power Platform solutions, encompassing Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
Optimize system performance and ensure seamless integration with external systems and services.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain optimal system efficiency.
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
Maintain current knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE and related technologies.
Conduct thorough solution testing and support user acceptance testing in collaboration with the business stakeholders.
Provide in-depth expertise on D365 CE modules to deliver comprehensive technology solutions.
Facilitate workshops and training sessions for stakeholders to enhance understanding of D365 CE functionalities.
Demonstrate a strong command of Microsoft technologies such as C#, .NET, SQL Server, and Azure for the effective development, integration, and customization of Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
Possess experience in developing custom plugins using C# within the Dynamics 365 CE environment.
Exhibit excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with stakeholders, analysts, and consultants, ensuring clear articulation of technical concepts and requirements.
Collaboration skills are essential for seamless teamwork across various functions.
Maintain a solid foundation in CRM concepts, especially regarding Dynamics 365 CE customization, configuration, and SDK.
Proficiency with client-side scripting languages like JavaScript and familiarity with web frameworks such as React or Angular is advantageous.
Stay abreast of new, deprecated, and upcoming features in Dynamics 365 as detailed in the product roadmap.
