JOB DESCRIPTION
The Process Engineer I provides engineering support to manufacturing operations by identifying opportunities for process improvements, assisting with production troubleshooting, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
This position works closely with production, quality, maintenance, and safety teams to improve efficiency, product quality, and operational performance while developing foundational process engineering skills.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Process Support & Optimization
Assist in monitoring manufacturing processes to ensure consistent product quality and operational efficiency.
Support investigations into process-related issues and participate in root cause analysis activities.
Collect, analyze, and report production data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
Assist with implementing process changes under the guidance of senior engineers.Continuous Improvement
Participate in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement projects.
Support waste reduction and productivity improvement initiatives.
Identify opportunities for cost savings and process standardization.Documentation & Compliance
Maintain process documentation, work instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Ensure engineering changes are documented and communicated appropriately.
Support compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work with production personnel to resolve day-to-day operational issues.
Assist quality and maintenance teams with investigations and corrective actions.
Participate in project meetings and process reviews.Other Duties

Degree, technical certificate, or related engineering education preferred.
Minimum 1-2 years related manufacturing/process engineering experience.

We are seeking experienced Commercial Roofers to join our team.
The skilled Commercial Roofers will be responsible for the maintenance, repairs, and installation of commercial roofing systems.

Position Duties & Responsibilities:
Installation of different types of roofing systems such as BUR, EPDM, Single-ply, coatings, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems Safe operation of tools of the trade (hand tools, power tools etc.) Follow OSHA regulations and other regulatory agencies relating to job site safety, demonstrates safe work practices. Work outside in a wide variety of weather conditions and to meet the physical demands of the position, including mobility needed to complete tasks. Climbing and operating on ladders, able to handle at least 50 lbs. Effective communication with foremen, supervisors, and other WTI and Tremco employees
Job Requirements:
Commercial Roofing: All levels; at least 1 year preferred Reliable form of transportation Acceptable background check per company standards Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical
The hourly rate for applicants in this position generally ranges between $20 and $33.
This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operations, needs, and other considerations permitted by law.
