GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The estimator is responsible for prioritizing and developing all bids and proposals pricing for the Roofing Division.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure a high quality with each proposal Prepare cost models Coordinate work with key Program Managers, Construction Managers, Sales (WTI & Tremco Roofing), and Field Technicians Review and respond to all pre qualification requests Provide accurate estimates/bids Coordinate with Subcontractors Participate in the Preventive and Corrective Action process with responsibility and authority to: Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformity relating to service, process and quality. Identify and record any service, process, or quality system problems. Initiate, recommend, or provide solutions through designated channels. Verify the implementation of solutions. Control further processing, delivery, or installation of non-conforming product until the deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected. The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $75,000 and $95,000.

General Purpose of Job:
The QA Technical Service Rep is responsible for the timely delivery of services related to the quality assurance of Tremco's installed roofing systems within their respective region.
Duties/Responsibilities, Core knowledge:
Lead Technician performing roof patch and repair as necessary and determined by the Quality Assurance Group on Tremco Incorporated roof systems (BUR, Modified Bitumen, Single Ply, Fluid Applied, etc.). Estimate material and labor quantities for roof patch and repair. Perform Job Site Inspections as they relate to quality assurance and/or adjustment work. Perform detailed roof inspections to diagnose and troubleshoot issues and/or concerns. Work with local WTI Field Representatives and/or Supervisors as required or necessary. Provide accurate and timely documentation to ensure that all work is completed properly and that the customer is fully satisfied.
Conduct and foster professional and timely communication (via email, voicemail, or in person) with the customers, sales reps, field staff, and internal company personnel on all work-related matters. Demonstrate working knowledge of all services provided. Perform any other duty and/or project as required or assigned by the QA Assurance Group.
Skills, Qualifications, Experience, Special Physical Requirements:
High school diploma or GED Prior supervisory skills and ability to manage people and tasks Prior roofing experience, including patch and repair skills Knowledge and ability to use basic tools associated with commercial roofing Knowledge and experience in monitoring and maintaining Quality Control Functional computer skills Safety training and OSHA knowledge with a commitment to safety at all times Understanding and ability to manage expenses Planning and organizational skills.

WTI has established a Safety Solutions Team as a revenue-generating team within WTI designed to expand and create new rooftop opportunities for safety inspections, installations, and overall property owner reassurance for OSHA/ANSI compliance, supporting both Tremco Roofing and WTI.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
List the job's essential or most important functions and responsibilities of the Safety Service Representative (SSR).
Include all important aspects of the job - whether performed daily, weekly, monthly, or annually; and any that occur at irregular intervals. Integrate safety into the roofing traditional sale process, WTI GC and GS sale processes. Evaluate and develop qualified leads and inspection assessments/reports for OSHA compliance to support the roofing sales representatives with the most current, up-to-date product selection, pricing, and installation processes. Provide product quotes for property owners, sales representatives, Tremco contractors, WTI construction/project managers, WTI field management, or any others as directed. Responsible for contributing to, validating, and signing off on all proposals and specifications.

Prepare estimates using the electronic tools provided (i.e., spreadsheets, apps, etc.). GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
WTI Foreman is responsible for the oversite and performance of safety, efficiency, and quality of the WTI field service business.

Complete the Daily Hazard Analysis form and submit it to the Supervisors as applicable Ensure all project communication is completed before the start of any WTI project.
This includes but is not limited to communication with: Sales Rep on weekly/daily schedule WTI crew members to discuss the scope of work and daily tasks The customer pre-arrives, upon arrival, and after the day's work WTI Supervisor on schedule changes, project and crew updates, etc Efficient project management will include managing team start and end times and production rates and ensuring tools and materials are available to safely and efficiently complete the assigned project.
Complete the project per the scope of work or specification.
The WTI Foreman will complete an end-of-day and/or end-of-project walk-through to ensure quality repairs and address any items prior to leaving the job site.
Before and after pictures will be sent to the Sales Rep, and information will be sent daily on the project status.
These items will include detailed work performed updates, materials consumed, and supplies purchases are all recorded daily.
Ensure that all WTI Field Reps will have a professional appearance and customer interaction while completing services for a customer.
The Field Resource Foreman is responsible for ordering, tracking, and monitoring inventory and ensuring Quarterly cycle counts are completed and submitted timely.
Per pricing procedures, review each field service project over $5,000 for pricing accuracy.
Submit all projects over $20,000 to the WTI Supervisor prior to submitting to the Sales Rep or customer. Manage, monitor, and document the performance of Field Resource Reps and take appropriate steps or corrective measures to resolve employee and work-related issues.
Consult with the WTI Field Resource Supervisor and Human Resources as needed.

Inspect and repair plant equipment, including but not limited to mechanical, welding, carpentry, electrical, instrumentation and controls to minimize downtime.
Document accurate maintenance activity records.
Clean and maintain assigned areas and tools to ensure proper functionality.
Participate in the continuous improvement process.
Report incidents, near misses, and any non-conformances through the appropriate channels. Exemplify the expected values of organization including following policies and standard work procedures. Give input on and coordinate maintenance supply purchases. Perform Preventative Maintenance Program to ensure completion and accuracy. Other projects and tasks as assigned. Cross-train on other production functions to aid as business need dictates.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
One-year certificate from college, technical school or manufacturing training program. One additional year of experience plus high school diploma/GED in lieu of higher education is acceptable. Two additional years of experience in lieu of formal education is acceptable.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
Maintenance Technician II: 1+ year of experience
OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Capable of installing, programming, and troubleshooting PLC; AC/DC drive motors preferred Ability to troubleshoot electric, air systems, and hydraulic systems Knowledge of lockout/tagout, arc flash requirements, confined space entry and hot work permit Ability to work overtime as needed; ability to meet deadlines Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond urgently to down equipment Effective team player, self-motivated, quick learner Good communication skills with the ability to read, write, and communicate fluently in English

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Specification Writer purpose is to develop specifications and Scopes of Work (SOW) that meet contracted purchasing agreements.
The manager collaborates with Construction Managers, Business Managers and Sales Reps to ensure specifications follow local building codes, fire ratings, wind-uplift ratings, and Tremco-specific requirements for project warranty issuance.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: List the job's essential or most important functions and responsibilities.
Include all important aspects of the job -- whether performed daily, weekly, monthly, or annually; and any that occur at irregular intervals.
Develop Specifications in compliance with IBC, IECC, and Tremco-specific requirements standards that align with provided Scopes of Work. Develop specifications based on individual project Scopes of Work, using judgment and best practices to select appropriate items Create professional specifications and AutoCAD drawings from detailed Scopes of Work. Ensure specifications meet Tremco requirements, comply with any purchasing agreements and local building codes, and comply with industry standards (NRCA, SPRI, Factory Mutual, etc.). Collaborate and coordinate with Program Managers, Construction Managers, Sales (WTI & Tremco Roofing), and Field Technicians throughout the specification process to ensure contract requirements are met. Prepare and review addenda and pre-bid documentation as needed. Assist Estimators in understanding specifications for bid preparation and pricing. Ensure high quality and accuracy in each specification, confirming compatibility of specified products. Stay updated with compliance policies to ensure specifications and drawings align with contract agreements. Communicate with sales representatives, product/technical representatives, construction managers, and field technicians from Tremco and WTI throughout the specification development process.
