Direct Project Superintendents as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Specification Development Stage:
Works with Construction Manager and Sales Representative to establish a scope of work for the project. Completion of specification request and related documents. Responsible for specification review as required by the Construction Manager.
Pre-Proposal Stage:
Conducts Pre-Proposal Meeting and distribute completed Pre-Proposal meeting documentation to all applicable parties.
Assist Construction Manager in reviewing of proposals. Prepare Proposal Documents as directed by Construction Manager.
Pre-Construction Stage:
Publish Project Schedule. Assists Construction Manager in planning and coordinating the Pre-Construction Meeting. Engages with Project Superintendent to provide necessary project information. Conducts Pre-Construction Meeting and and distribute completed Pre-Construction Meeting documentation to all applicable parties. Obtain Building Permit when required.
Construction Stage:
Review Daily Inspection Forms and ensures they are distributed to all applicable parties and uploaded into project files. Visits job site as necessary or directed by Construction Manager. Conduct weekly Progress Meetings, virtual or onsite, and distribute meeting minutes to all applicable parties. Maintain Project Schedule and update on a weekly basis. Perform site audits as appropriate. Review subcontractor payment requests with Construction Manager. Assemble AIA billing applications for Construction Manager's review and approval. Assist Construction Manager, Project Superintendent, Subcontractor, Owner, or Sales Representative as needed.
Close Out Stage:
Assist Construction Manager in coordinating final inspection. Ensure all required documents are uploaded into the project files.

General Purpose of the Job:
Provides total support to the users of SAP application system and ancillary software tools, including package installation, configuration, enhancements & process improvements, problem resolution, training and education, report development.
The position focuses on a specific functional area(s) of the company, which in this case is Sales and Distribution.
The scope of responsibility is for Tremco North American operations; all business, all locations.
Nurtures and insures the successful use of the application systems tools.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Note: Include the phrase "Other duties may be assigned.) Provides overall direction in the implementation of new SAP modules and new releases of the SAP application software, as well as 3rd party software tools. Trains and assists users in the use of SAP business application software.
Prepares training materials, schedules and conducts application system training as needed.

benefit analysis to determine rational for application system development and enhancements. Acts as liaison to the software vendors and other users of the software.
Is actively involved in software and/or functional user groups users. Performs systems analysis, design, configuration and programming tasks related to enhancements, interfaces, data conversion and special reporting requirements, etc. Advises users as to the applicability of various alternatives to meet the specified requirements, such as: SAP baseline functionality & reporting, specialized configuration, extracts to PC-based analysis tools, custom report-writing and report development, complimentary software packages, and or changes to business processes. Designs and assists users in the design and documentation of business processes and procedures, the development of training materials, and the delivery of training, etc.
Performs thorough testing of all new and revised system functions and reports and performs quality assurance reviews of procedural documentation and training materials. Acts as a team leader or group leader for projects / tasks established in a given functional area, such as: sales & distribution, finance & accounting or manufacturing.
Organizes and leads various user group forums to address issue management, to field & manage enhancements requests, and to facilitate the exchange of information and ideas among users in a given functional area of the business operation.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Conduct the daily onsite safety brief prior to the start of the WTI project with the Sales Rep, customer and the WTI Crew.

Complete the Daily Hazard Analysis form and submit to the Supervisors as applicable Ensure all project communication is completed prior to the start of any WTI project.
This includes but is not limited to communication with: Sales Rep on weekly/daily schedule WTI crew members to discuss scope of work and daily tasks The customer pre-arrival, at arrival and at completion of the day's work WTI Supervisor on schedule changes, project, and crew updates, etc. Efficient project management will include managing crew start and end times and production rates, ensuring tools and materials are available to complete the assigned project safely and efficiently, and completing the project per the scope or work or specification. The WTI Foreman will complete an end of day and/or end of project walk through to ensure quality repairs and address any items prior to leaving the job site.
Before and after pictures will be sent to the Sales Rep and information will be sent daily on project status.
These items will include, detailed work performed updates, materials consumed, and supplies purchases are all recording daily. Ensure that all WTI Field Reps will have a professional appearance and customer interaction while completing services for a customer. The Field Resource Foreman is responsible for the ordering, tracking, and monitoring inventory and ensure Quarterly cycle counts are completed and submitted timely. Per pricing procedures review each field service project over $5,000 for pricing accuracy. Submit all projects over $20,000 to the WTI Supervisor prior to submitting to the Sales Rep or customer. Manage, monitor, and document performance of Field Resource Reps and take appropriate steps or corrective measures to resolve employee and work-related issues.
Consult with WTI Field Resource Supervisor and Human Resources as needed. Perform any other duty and/or project as required or assigned by the WTI Supervisor and/or Regional Manager.
Skills & Qualifications
Minimum five years' experience in the commercial roofing industry. Must be thoroughly familiar with built-up, EPDM, PVC, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems as well as metal and other steep slope roofing systems and how to properly repair them. Our Weatherproofing Technologies Division currently seeks a Commercial Construction Superintendent with a proven track record in running and supervising commercial construction projects to deliver projects on time and within budget. You will be responsible for jobsite safety, resolving project issues and problems, scheduling and providing coordination between subcontractors and owner operations, quality and affirming specifications are followed in accordance with Tremco standards, project costs and generating reports on project status, and ensuring owner satisfaction. This position requires 5-10 years' experience in commercial construction or 5 years as a foreman.
You must be able to keep project records and interface with owners, subcontractors, and Company management.
Travel is required. Additional duties will include participating in development and enforcement of jobsite safety plans, specifications, price estimates, schedules, and sales efforts as they affect the aforementioned projects.

As our Material Handler, you will work in our plant to pick orders.
We can't ship without you.
Every day you will work alongside a hardworking and fast-paced team to select orders from the warehouse floor and place them on the correct pallet.
To thrive you must be prepared to lift packages of 50 pounds repeatedly and always think safety first.
You'll be someone your team can rely on to make sure our orders are right before they're in route to our customers. Solving challenges is the very foundation of who we are.

Required Experience:
1-3 years of related experience. High school diploma or GED. Must be able to work above average overtime and flexible hours. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to read, write, speak, and understand English. Aptitude with SAP/WMS System as well as ISO-9001 requirements. Appropriate forklift and comparable equipment operating skills. Ability to lift 50 lbs.
