As part of our Supply Chain team, the Inventory Analyst will ensure proper inventory levels at each of our 5 distribution centers to maximize customer service levels while minimizing inventory investment.

Responsibilities:
Analyze current inventory levels at distribution centers and plants, identify deficiencies and inefficiencies, and make corrections (Stock Transport Orders (STO)).
Review production schedules, open purchase orders, and process orders to determine actions to take to improve service and balance inventory.
Maintain inventory at distribution centers to maximize service level and achieve a 98.6% Customer Service Level.
Communicate with distribution centers and plants to ensure shipments are leaving, arriving, and being unloaded in a timely manner.
Review open STOs to ensure that they are not past due.
Create reports as necessary to track STOs, measure in-transit times, and any other metrics that are currently in place.
Determine if shipments should move via Rail or Over the Road to maintain service while reducing transportation costs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in Supply Chain planning, logistics or a related role.
Experience working in an ERP system, preferably SAP as well as Microsoft Office (e.g.
Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Data gathering and quantitative and qualitative data analysis, including business process metrics and measures linking to business KPIs.
Commercially aware with solid understanding of key dependencies from manufacturing to the end consumer.
Well-organized and high level of attention to detail.
Communication skills to convey items that may cause a major impact on customer service.
Salary Target Range: $60,000 - $70,000, bonus eligible

Are you an experienced Plant Engineer looking for a field-based role where no two days are the same? We are looking for a skilled Mobile Plant Fitter / Field Service Engineer to join a growing service team covering the Preston area.
Working from home, you'll travel directly to customer sites carrying out servicing, maintenance and repairs on a wide range of construction plant machinery.
You'll also occasionally work from the local depot, supporting workshop activities when required.

The Role
As a Mobile Plant Fitter, your responsibilities will include:
- Diagnosing faults, servicing and repairing construction plant equipment at customer sites.
- Carrying out planned maintenance and inspections to manufacturer standards.
- Completing repairs efficiently while maintaining high levels of quality and safety.
- Using electronic diagnostic equipment to identify mechanical and electrical faults.
- Completing job sheets, service reports and timesheets accurately using a tablet or mobile device.
- Ordering parts and liaising with the parts department to minimise machine downtime.
- Working closely with the Service Supervisor to manage workloads and customer expectations.
- Carrying out workshop-based repairs when required.
- Ensuring all work complies with health and safety regulations and manufacturer specifications.
About You
We're looking for someone with:
- Experience repairing and maintaining construction plant machinery.
- A recognised qualification such as NVQ, City & Guilds or equivalent in Plant Maintenance or Heavy Vehicle Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Diesel engines
- Hydraulics
- Electrical systems
- Transmissions
- Electronic diagnostics and fault finding
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Good IT skills for completing digital paperwork.
- A full UK driving licence.
- Experience working on telehandlers or similar plant equipment would be advantageous but is not essential.

OVERVIEW OF JOB DESCRIPTION
Working Hours & Shift Patten: Working part of full time on a rotating shift pattern, that will vary with needs of the business.
Shifts will be covering a 24 hour period, 7 days a week, 365 days a year operation.
Working weekends, bank holidays and holiday periods will be a requirement as required.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Principally to deliver the safe, efficient, and effective bus transportation of airport & airline passengers (ground staff, crew members and other client groups) between designated transfer points.
The job is performed in buses that do not require a PCV licence.
There will also be the need to perform other driving duties as required to include but not limited to high lifts, Minibuses, PRM vehicles.
Full training will be provided for all vehicles.
Operating mainly airside, but with the willingness to work in any areas the business deems necessary.
This job offers regular daily routine, with some variations on occasion.
Embracing technical innovations, we are building ways of automation to help track, report and inform our performance.
There will be a requirement for our drivers to use an automated job allocation and recording system.
Full training will be provided.
Complete the daily Vehicle Check Sheet, to maintain the operational reliability of the vehicle, reporting when necessary any vehicle defaults in line with the Vehicle Inspection procedure.
Drive the Company vehicles ensuring that the vehicle is safe and secure at all times.
Drive any vehicle across both the Cobus contract and the PRM contract, this would encompass minibuses, AMBI vehicles, buses, and any other vehicle as required, full training will be provided.
Operate the vehicle safely within close proximity to the aircraft.
Maintaining a clean and tidy vehicle at all times.
You may be required on occasion to complete Customer Care Agent (CCA) duties within the terminal when demand requires, this may include escorting passengers through the terminal/security and boarding flights or meeting arriving flights and assisting PRM's through to baggage reclaim.
Ensure that the Allocator is updated on progress of jobs at all times.
Observe all Bristol airport airside driving requirements.

Person Specification:
Essential
A full UK driving licence, with no more than three points endorsed, maintaining regular reports for inspection.

This will require a full 5-year work history, the right to work in the UK and a DBS check.
