Minimum Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years' experience in a manufacturing environment and demonstrated proficiency with administrative functions. Extensive knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the thermoset polymer industry is a strongly considered asset. Demonstrated comprehensive knowledge of office and facilities coordination and basic leadership and management knowledge. Demonstrated organization, facilitation, communication and presentation skills.
