An excellent opportunity for an experienced Business Development Manager (Remote) to join a leading UK-based manufacturer of high-engineered cable harnesses and interconnect solutions.
This role focuses on driving growth through distributor management, new business acquisition, and strategic development of EMC Filter solutions across the UK.
This role is ideal for a commercially-minded individual with a technical understanding of electrical/electronic applications, who can independently manage accounts, identify new opportunities, and maintain strong distributor relationships.
Main Responsibilities of the Business Development Manager (Remote):
Manage sales and marketing activities for Roxburgh EMC across the UK
Build and maintain relationships with existing distribution partners
Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for EMC Filters, product technology, and target market solutions
Identify, investigate, and develop new business opportunities aligned with strategic growth objectives
Formulate and execute distributor growth plans and provide value-added solutions to customers

Requirements of the Business Development Manager based in the UK (Remote):
Degree-level qualification in Electrical / Electronic Engineering, or equivalent experience
Minimum 2 years' commercial experience, ideally within electronics or electrical applications
Demonstrable knowledge of distribution strategy development
Proven ability to identify and onboard new partners to expand market share

The goal is to provide consistency nationwide through proper roof repairs and the application of our products.

Ensure proper execution and delivery of all WTI GS and GC self-performed roofing work. Provide a variety of technical and application training sessions in both field and shop settings. Provide hands-on application training and supervision of roof coatings and installation. Attend pre-cons on large projects.
Be present at job start-ups to discuss the proper execution of the scope of work.
Visit the projects at specific intervals to assess the completed work and provide any direction or corrective advice.
Perform a pre-final inspection to ensure that the project has a zero-punch list.
Perform final inspections when needed.
Pre-project field inspections and technical support, including but not limited to: Peel tests Product testing Product recommendations Proper product installations Post project completion inspection to ensure quality workmanship and proper utilization and application of materials. We are currently looking for a motivated, professional, and flexible individual able to work 5 days a week, Monday to Friday day shifts, within a small stock count team, counting our Pharmacy Clients.
In this role, you are required to accurately count stock for Retail & Asset Solutions in various high street Pharmacies, this role is extremely important to ensure pharmacies are fully stocked with the medication required for local Doctors and Hospitals.
Please note all training is provided upon your first shift.
Previous stock, audit or retail experience is advantageous but not essential.
Colleagues will be offered a benefit called Wagestream, which enables colleagues to track, save and access up to 50% of their wages prior to pay day.

As a Retail Shift Leader you will take accountability for managing teams of up to 60 stock counters, delivering the end to end stock taking service while on our client's sites.
