*To be considered for this position you must be an accredited therapist (or due to be accredited within a year) (HCPC/BACP/UKCP) with experience of eating disorders

As the Eating Disorder Therapist your key responsibilities include:
To act as the duty clinician on the rota of duty clinicians managing referrals and providing a rapid response to urgent clinical situations
Provide specialist therapeutic interventions as part of individualised treatment plans based on psychotherapeutic principles which are grounded in evidence based practice and NICE - concordant interventions for eating disorders
Develop and deliver our early intervention support pathway, including consultation, psycho education, self-help materials working closely with our assistant psychologist
Care coordinate a substantial caseload of assessment, treatment and consultation work, identifying priorities of action in complex circumstances
The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
Experience of working as a therapist with eating disorders
A therapist who has some training in eating disorders (for example, MANTRA, CBT-E)
Experience of providing specialist psychological assessments and treatment interventions to patients with complex problems
Skills in working as part of a multi-disciplinary team
Awareness of diversity, and skills and commitment to provide a service that is appropriate to a diverse population
The successful Eating Disorders Therapist will receive an excellent salary of £27,810 - £42,000 per annum DOE.

Leverage industry, segment, and/or product knowledge to identify gaps in assigned product line and present opportunities for development and growth.
Provide leadership, creative guidance, and collaborate with multiple cross functional stakeholders on pre-launch needs and post-launch support to enhance selling efforts; including but not limited to testing, certification, warranties, collateral, literature, case studies, and success stories. Collaborate with Sales on creating and executing plans to increase sales knowledge and drive revenue in assigned market segment and technologies, including but not limited to existing products, new product launches, and newly acquired products to drive sustainable growth and increase market share. Collaborate with the Learning team on content for our qualified applicator program (QAPs) and general industry training.
Work with local sales representatives to identify target contractors and other stakeholders to drive attendance at technical trainings. Collaborate with the Marketing Communications team on the development and implementation of marketing campaigns to meet business objectives and generate leads/opportunities/orders. Work in partnership with Corporate Development and Strategy groups to develop strategy maps and business plans.
Identify and assist in the prioritization of merger and acquisition (M&A) targets based on strategic initiatives and growth priorities. Drive integration of acquired products into new and established sales initiatives. Collaborate with Strategy and R&D teams on next generation technology. Create, implement, maintain, and train on the use of value calculators. Provide leadership within applicable industry associations and provide trade show support, as appropriate. Provide regular updates and communication to the business regarding activities, initiatives, outcomes, key performance indicators (KPI's), etc. Continuously enhance technical knowledge through self-study, industry networks, and research.

BENEFITS AND COMPENSATION: The average base salary for this position starts at $117,000; however, the actual salary will vary and may be above or below the average based on various factors including, but not limited to location, experience level, qualifications, and performance.
In addition to the base salary, this position offers a performance bonus based on the achievement of business goals.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: Operates industrial blenders in accordance with established production schedules.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Inspects equipment, structures, and materials to identify problems or defects prior to production to ensure a clean, clear and safe work environment. Reads and follows work orders and formulas to meet production specifications and schedules. Examines materials, ingredients, or product per quality standards. Weighs or measures materials, ingredients, and products per requirements. Adds and mixes raw materials according to specifications. Transfers materials, supplies, and products between work areas. Discharges blenders of powder when necessary. Ensures quality and conformity of blended products to meet standards. Ensures equipment is set-up, cleaned, sanitized, and operating properly before, after and between runs. Completes cleaning logs and notifies quality control for hygiene testing. Records operational and production data on specified forms/production documents. Reports malfunctions to a supervisor and confirms proactive and routine maintenance. Conducts on-going assessment of quality control and operational procedures. Meets and/or exceed production goals and guidelines for daily/weekly production runs. Observes plant safety rules and regulations at all times, reports all safety hazards in a timely manner.
