Position Summary:
Assist with maintenance and service of company facilities while ensuring employees' safety.
Maintain facilities warehouse storage and shipping/receiving area.
Essential Functions:
Ship and receive all packaged goods and supplies. Collect, store and ship various hazardous waste. Assist with the construction and/or rehabilitation of all corporate facilities. Perform daily job assignments necessary for the safe and efficient operation of facilities. Operate a forklift truck.
Perform heavy lifting. Take an active role in hazard recognition and injury prevention by following all safety rules & regulations and immediately report all injuries and incidents to your supervisor. Receives annual training in RCRA Hazardous Waste and Carboline's Contingency Plan and will adhere to this training while performing their job. Perform additional duties as assigned Commit to the Company's safety and quality programs.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Must have a valid Driver's License.
HVAC
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to consistently lift up to 50lbs.
Ability to stand up for long periods of time.
Requires lifting, moving from side to side, reaching, bending, sitting, and good eye-hand coordination.
May have occasional exposure to chemicals.

The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing & growing strategic accounts within the Industrial, Pro, & Plumbing/HVAC channels.
The product mix will vary between different accounts, but will be focused on DAP caulks/sealants, one component & two component polyurethane spray foam, adhesives, & patch/repair products.
Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of assigned Key Accounts, this includes line reviews, marketing campaigns, & ensuring DAP active & new products are added and maintained within each account's product offering Oversee each account P&L, assuring profit margin and sales goals are achieved Track, analyze, & share account performance from both internal sales reports & external POS reports to identify gaps, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, & threats Develop & maintain a strong head office relationship with key stakeholders at each account across multiple departments & develop presentations tailored to appropriate target audience Expand relationship beyond the head office with account sales leadership, field sales teams, & end users Establish & maintain training and product knowledge for account's Category Managers, Product Managers & their sales teams by leveraging company resources & customizing as needed This role will also be responsible to help manage the relationship between DAP and some of our Pro/Industrial buying group partners Communicate & work closely with DAP Pro Group Field Sales Team to help accomplish common goals and focus on key account initiatives, and more specific opportunities within specific regions as needed Report out account performance & current or future initiatives during internal meetings Develop short-term & long-term strategy with ability to remain open & pivot where needed
Requirements:
Clear understanding of how Pro & Industrial Distributors go to market in multiple channels & what is needed to get products listed, evaluate & maintain those products, & drive pull through Team player who can be trusted to engage, participate in & lead key corporate growth initiatives Understanding of key DAP product categories & how they're used within various Construction & Industrial trades Monitor market, competitive, & account specific trends, identify strategic opportunities, and ensure product offering is properly positioned within each account Network and build relationships at functional and senior leadership levels across assigned key accounts Written and verbal communications skills that are clear, concise, appropriate in timing, and directed to appropriate levels Solid understanding and experience using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Power BI, and more) Willingness to travel as needed for meetings, tradeshows, training, and end user engagement.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES:
Run trash compactor in Plant #2 alley.
Keep alley clean. Clean tubs in Plant #1, by hand or by tub washer equipment as required. Pick up rags on a daily basis and store them in proper container.
Rags are watered down nightly in Plant #1. Load trash truck and sort skids. Clean all Lunch and Locker rooms in the manufacturing area. Keep up to Date inventory of cleaning supplies.
Order as needed. Run vacuum hoses in Plant #2 in designated areas. Do whatever cleaning inside or outside that is required. Maintain a clean work area. Safely operate all equipment associated with a given process.
Use prescribed safety equipment, when performing duties. Communicate any variations/problems to appropriate Management Personnel.
PRIMARY QUALIFICATIONS:
High School diploma or equivalent.
Have the ability to read, write, and speak English and to understand simple math.
Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions.
Must pass lift truck operator's test.

Applies all Carboline coatings to panels for use by customers, sales and R&D for testing purposes as well as for sales aids.
Participates in spray evaluations.
Essential Functions:
• Preparation of panels prior to coating.
Have a good understanding of the basic operation of hand and power tools, abrasive blast cabinet and pin welder.
To include minor maintenance of same. • Have a good understanding of how to operate as well as maintain mixing equipment, airless and conventional spray equipment to apply Carboline products. • Know how to use inspection equipment, surface preparation standards, etc. • Provide documentation for panels which will be tested.
Spray nuclear testing orders upon certification. • Responsible for maintaining a stock of standard panel systems. • Package and ship sample panels. • Understand basic coating technologies so that Carboline coatings can be properly applied and cured for sample panels, evaluations, field work, etc.
Be able to troubleshoot and correct coating and application problems. • Assist the R&D Department in application of new or revised product evaluations, new equipment evaluations, etc.

Develop and maintain plant PSM/PHA/RMP activitiesLead the efforts in Process Safety Management (PSM), Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) and Risk Management Plan (RMP) compliance and addressing shortfalls.
Review new, continuous improvement projects for requirements related to PHA/PSM requirements. Ensure Adherence to Safety Compliance Obligations and DirectivesConduct monthly issue review sessions with Corporate EH&S and Plant Managers to assure facility stay in compliance and maintain safety performance objectives. Conduct and Manage Incident Analysis ProgramLead, assist and maintain incident reporting procedures to DAP Corporate and RPM.
Evaluate trends in incidents.
Recommend corrective actions to minimize/eliminate undesirable trends.
Incorporate accident prevention programs into safety directive. Maintain Environmental reporting requirementsKeep accurate records on plant emission calculations to maintain monthly, quarterly, and yearly reporting submission requirements.
Assure plants stay in compliance with required external and internal reporting requirements.
Working knowledge of TRI, Tier II, SPCC and SWPPP is requested.
Requirements:
EHS Degree preferred. Bachelor's degree in environmental health & safety or similar field. 3+ years of relevant experience.
Computer software familiarity. Working knowledge of state and federal regulations. Experience in research skills. Certified Safety Professional preferred

JOB DESCRIPTION
DAP is looking to hire Customer Service Representative at our Fenton, MO Location. The customer is everything at DAP and our Customer Service Representatives take first class care of them.
They roll up their sleeves and handle anything requested by our field sales reps and our B2B customers (dealers and distributors) that will keep orders on-track and on-time.
Upon completion of the training program, this rep will work 8:30 am - 5:00 pm.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Engage with our sales reps and B2B customers via various methods, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner. Assist customers in both USA and Canada locations in order status, tracking shipments, and processing returns or exchanges. Troubleshoot and resolve order issues, collaborating with internal teams as needed to ensure swift resolutions. Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our system. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and contribute to process improvements.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to work 8:30 am - 5:00 pm High School (or equivalent) Effective communications skills - verbal and written, SAP experience a plus Grace under pressure - remain positive and focused to the task at hand Effective problem-solving skills - quick on your feet and can think outside of the box Ability to multi-task and prioritize work all with a sense of urgency Familiarity with use of PC system for order placement, pricing, and distribution and to obtain information relative to customers, orders and products.

Strong communicator with top-notch presentation skills who can develop and provide training to production personnel on matters concerning formulation, materials handling, processing, and quality procedures. Follow all environmental rules and regulations to ensure hazardous materials and waste are managed in an environmentally responsible manner. Works in coordination with QC and R&D to isolate, test and recertify Non-Conforming material that can be repackaged and sold. This position is accountable for providing capital engineering support within Operations.

Operations
Provides engineering support to Production to optimize packaging process. Develop packaging automation into reliable and robust production equipment with optimal performance. proactively identify and drive opportunities to improve packaging performance, reduce cost, increase material utilization, improve first time right, integrate new products/processes into production and reduce variation.
Implement necessary changes and update all documentation (including drawings and SOP's) Collect, review and present equipment reliability results and performance data to determine optimal equipment set-up to improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness
Capital Plan
Responsible for capital project execution including equipment selection, justification, CAR processing, purchasing, and installation.
Support start-up efforts including in person training and documentation. Manage projects through design review process from project scope charters through successful startup transition to the local site team.
This includes working with the plant operational teams on providing training, writing appropriate standard operating procedures, and maintenance training plans & parts. Design to incorporate Lean principles to improve reliability, ease of use & maintenance, minimize changeover times, and to minimize production losses.
Safety
Responsible for achieving and maintaining safety goals relative to the maintenance and engineering functions.
Responsible for safety devices, safe design, etc.
