Environmental Enforcement Officers enforce local laws to protect the area from litter, dog fouling, various other breaches and local bye-law violations.
You will be issuing tickets and notices to those who breach these.

As an overview, the role is to help members of the public by patrolling the streets and upholding environmental conducts. If you like the idea of that, please read on to get a better insight into the role.
What will you do?
- Monitor and enforce laws within Bromley, make enquiries and pursue action where appropriate.
- Examine reports of littering, fly tipping and dog fouling and other similar offences.
- Be able to issue Fixed Penalty Notices for offences where appropriate.
- Prepare and submit relevant cases for trial and assist legal services in presenting cases to court and attending as a witness when needed.
- Record witness statements and conduct interviews under caution when required.
- Validate and verify personal details of offenders.
- And finally, build good working relations with key investors and other agencies including the Police.
What will you bring?
- Experience of enforcement work (including security work) preferred
- Knowledge of green services such as cleansing, and waste collection is desired.
- Be able adapt and engage with different audiences and work as part of a team.
- Be able to deal with complaints and resolve complex issues.
- Enthusiasm and a positive can do attitude to work.
- A full clean driving licence.

Minimum Requirements

EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or one- or two-year's related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
EXPERIENCE
3+ years successful outside sales experience, preferably industrial sales.
5+ years experience in field sales management.
Ability to lead, manage and develop local field sales representatives through coaching and mentoring.
Management experience should include recruiting, interviewing, training and developing a productive sales team.
Financial management (to include analyzing market data and developing sales plans), and organizational skills required.
Thorough understanding and experience building long-term customer relationships, prospecting, account development, problem solving and ability to deliver service, solutions, and project a can-do attitude.
Knowledge of construction, building and facility maintenance a plus.
Should have experience with word processing or spreadsheet software, Internet software, and contact management systems.

Notifies customer service if schedule is modified and affects customer delivery dates. Participates in and works on special projects. Provides production reporting to VP of Operations and Plant Managers. Perform additional duties as assigned. Commit to the Company's safety and quality programs.

We are looking to recruit a QA Inpector for a manufacturing company based in Doncaster.

Duties of the QA Inpector role;
On bay QA
Final QA
QA stats and presentation (monthly)
Ensuring the team cover all the required hours to meet production demands.
Manage and be able to use QA tablet system for recording checks.
Minor vehicle rectifications (as defined by Director level)
Identify failure trends and report back with solutions.
QA all paperwork and job sheets as well as vehicles
Support Health and safety awareness.
Support the operation by re-deploying team if needed.
Create and implement processes to improve efficiencies and quality.
Work as required to ensure overall department achieves its goals as this ia a salaried position without overtime.
Be able to check over any vehicle conversions to ensure that all items have been fitted correctly and are in full working order and be able to tutor and educate the team.
Apply stickers, rubber matting and any other items required.
Be able to use vehicle weigh pads and record details of each type of conversion.
Be able to complete all relevant paperwork required.
Assist with vehicle hand overs.
This may include customer contact.
Assisting the Compliance Manager and the Workshop Manager with any other tasks required.
Ad hoc duties as and when required.
What we need from you for the QA Inpector role:
Keen eye for detail.
Mentoring skills.
Hold a valid driving licence.
Basic computer skills.
Effective communication and positive relations with employees at all levels within the organization and external contacts including customers and suppliers.
Problem solving.
Integrity.
Confidentiality regarding all processes, data and information contained and discussed in the department.
Be aware of all Company policies and Health and Safety procedures and practices

What will you do?
A penchant for business development, working out of your own office, you'll meet & engage new and repeat customers in your territory; assessing their needs, you will provide a truly consultative Stonhard solution. Customer sales calls include a mix of existing/repeat business along with prospecting for new customers and projects. Closely work with your manager to meet & exceed sales goals. Participate in overseeing the successful delivery of product installation, ensuring optimum customer satisfaction.
Project management responsibilities include ensuring raw materials are on site, construction crews have everything they need and troubleshooting any installation issues that may come up. Full turn-key operation ensures a smooth install and helps secure next project in another area or building. Will participate in an enriching training process spanning over two years, traveling to our headquarters for pre-planned, scheduled training(s).
Base Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000
Uncapped Commission potential (First 2 years): approx.
$15,000 - $50,000
Supplemental Pay Types:Commission Pay, Bonus Pay

What is required?
