Job Overview
Our client is seeking a Senior Residential Support Worker for one of their children's homes in Alton.
In this role, you will:
Plan, manage, and lead shifts, ensuring children are safe and engaged throughout the day.
Take a lead role in ensuring the care and welfare of each child in placement.
Ensure that each child's Placement Plan is followed and adhered to at all times.
Provide guidance and support to all Residential Workers.
Supervise designated staff members, recording this in their Supervision Sheet.
