Senior Therapeutic Practitioner Role Available (Non Residential)
This role is designed for a dedicated Senior Therapeutic Practitioner who will work collaboratively between the companies Therapeutic Services and their Residential Children's Homes.
As part of a multi-disciplinary team, the practitioner will be instrumental in training staff in therapeutic practices, ensuring the best outcomes for children and young people in care.
Work Hours: Four day working week from 09:00 to 17:00 and one shift from 12:00 to 20:00 per week
Salary - £36k - £45k
Key Responsibilities
Deliver training to staff on therapeutic practices to foster a supportive environment for children and young people.
Work effectively with various stakeholders to support the holistic development of the children and young people.
Be prepared to travel for work up to four times per year.
Required Experience and Skills
A Therapeutic qualification.
A good understanding of complex trauma, neurodiversity and Learning Difficulties.
Minimum 5 years' experience of involvement with the Care System and the children we look after.
Understanding of systemic, psychodynamic, attachment, mental health and neurodiversity principles.
Experience of offering teaching, training and supervision
Experience of group work with young people.
Experience of assessment in intervention
Evidence of literary ability to Level 5/A level standard
Knowledge of guidance and legislation in relation to the client group including

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, are crucial, with proficiency in English
An active, energetic, creative, outgoing, and empathic nature is essential for this role.

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, Construction Management and 2-3 years of construction or industry experience OR
Minimum High School Diploma or GED with 5 years of construction or industry experience
EXPERIENCE
Two to four years related experience and/or training
Construction knowledge (i.e., waterproofing, air barriers, framing, modular, etc.)
Basic knowledge of product chemistries
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Ability to travelwithin assigned territory.

APCOA are looking for Civil Enforcement Officers to work across our London contracts on a flexible basis.
You will be covering sickness, holiday and any other staff shortages as, and when required dependant on your availability.
Please note this is a zero hours contract, we will endeavour to ensure you have as many hours as we can on a weekly basis, but a minimum number of hours is not guaranteed.
Civil Enforcement Officers are at the heart of our business.
You will be an incredibly important part of the community, keeping the roads moving and ensuring public safety.
This will include:
- Patrolling public streets and council car parks to issue Penalty Charge Notices.
- Guiding the public on rules and advise about parking provisions.
- Reporting any defects to street furniture, such as signs and road markings.
* Please note, this role will be required to travel across the entirety of London as dictated by the business needs.
Travel expenses will be paid for travel outside of the successful applicants if they commute outside of their home borough.
