Job Title: Human Resources Manager
Location: Vernon Hills, IL
Department: Rust-Oleum Human Resources
Reports To: Director, Human Resources

Hybrid Schedule: Our hybrid work environment includes two (2) remote days/week. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for understanding the business and groups' current and future strategy plans and objectives.
This role will be accountable for leading initiatives that directly impact recruiting efforts, employee relations, company culture, performance management, benefits administration, and workforce planning.
The Human Resources Manager will collaborate with business leaders and advisors on employee related matters, be an advocate for the business and associates, and implement change to drive business improvement.
Typical tasks for this position include but are not limited to the following: Serve as a link between management and employees by managing questions, interpreting and administering contracts, and assist in resolving work-related issues.
Coach and advise associates and managers on challenging and complex situations by applying company policies and compliance with rules and regulations. Thorough understanding of current labor laws and government hiring regulations. Strong business and financial acumen and business fluency to understand how the business operates. Knowledge of the payroll function including preparation, balancing, internal control, and payroll taxes. Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff relating to recruitment, benefits administration, employee relations and payroll administration. Represent organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations.
Experience administering benefits, payroll, recruiting and performance management programs, as well as working with a variety of HR systems. Execute manual duties, as needed. Create online presence through social media and engagement.
Cultivate a culture of transparency, trust, respect and excitement by leading internal committees and events. Analyze data and trends and suggest opportunities for improvement. Responsibilities/Expectations: Demonstrate transparency, trust, respect and integrity in all business activities. Ability to navigate difficult conversations with appropriate discretion and confidentiality. Polite, professional, and timely written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail in both written documents and verbal communications.

RESPONSIBILITY
Extract and compile customer & product sales data from SAP, Power BI, Data Lake, or all applicable sources to support the overall pricing team. Build and create profitability analytics models utilizing advanced Excel, Power Pivot and Power Query.
Create impact analytics of different pricing scenarios on revenue and profitability. Key contributor to pricing changes data compilation, impact analytics, and pricing change performance evaluation at products and accounts level. Conduct ad-hoc analyses in support of pricing strategy, trade marketing, and product management.
Work with Director of Pricing Analytics to develop & publish periodic price reporting.
Conduct tracking of pricing forecast, price realization, and price opportunity identification. QUALIFICATIONS
Education: 4-year BS degree in business, finance, economics, informatics, or related fields. Experience: 4+ years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, project management, or a related field. Advanced level Excel skillset and Microsoft Office packages experience is required.
Experience with Power BI, Tableau or other data visualization tools is desirable. Familiarity with Access, SQL and SAP preferred.

Specific Requirements:
Stages and prepares all raw materials associated with production batches. Maintains orderliness and cleanliness in batch making area and proper storage of batch area inventories. Communicates low levels of raw materials to the Plant Supervisor. Develops a thorough knowledge of raw material storage tanks, valving and piping, their contents, actuation and directions of flow. Maintains a good working relationship with Quality Control. Must be capable of logical structuring of the batch making process, particularly optimization of mixer usage and efficiency. Reports all spills and leaks, equipment malfunction, safety hazards, accidents, near-miss accidents and material shortages immediately to the Production Supervisor. Acknowledges and understands the hazards and safety precautions required for working with inorganic metal-based powdered pigments and modifies work and hygiene practices accordingly.

Background Requirements:

Must be capable of wearing Company standard respirators as qualified by a fit test performed by an authorized agency.
Physical Requirements:

As the Physiotherapist your key responsibilities include:
Receives and responds promptly to referrals undertaking patient assessments to identify and prioritise patient needs before planning and delivering the appropriate and relevant interventions either on an individual or group basis
Ensure the effective and efficient management and control of junior staff
Maintains and develops close working relationships with other professionals within the multidisciplinary team, to ensuring that clinical practice is in line with company policies and procedures and comply with statutory regulations and quality standards
Contributes to business growth by actively promoting company's therapy service, in line with the local unit's business plan
Maintain effective communication links with patients, relatives, carers and purchasers throughout the patient's rehabilitation
The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
Experience of working in mental health and ideally an inpatient setting
Able to use relevant outcome measures and evaluation of treatments alongside current evidence based practice
Capable of working collaboratively with a wider clinical team and have knowledge of other disciplines and their role
Can manage your own caseload, co-operate with other therapists and supervise Student Physiotherapists to organise, prioritise and deliver therapy to meet patients' clinical needs
The successful Physiotherapist will receive an excellent salary of £23,462 per annum.
This exciting position is a permanent part time role working 22.5 hours a week.
