JOB DESCRIPTION WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL TASKS: • High-energy individual with a strong work ethic • Self-motivated with ability to work with limited supervision • Independent decision maker as needed to accomplish tasks • Lift and carry a minimum of 50 pounds repeatedly throughout shift • Handling of freight as directed by Capstone management and customer, meeting company standards, customer time lines and maintaining a safe work environment • Keeps site Supervisor and manager informed regarding conditions on the dock, accomplishments and concerns; contributes suggestions for improvements • Ensures proper LOT rotation and including FIFO (first in-first out) and organic product handling and shipping process • Strong organization and prioritizing skills • Must be proficient in math • Must be have forklift license • Manage response to rapidly changing products on inbound and outbound • Must be able to follow directions and work independently • Verify all shipments are recorded and verified the accuracy of the shipment against the paperwork for incoming and outgoing shipments • Requires high degree of attention, skills, and dexterity in the control of a forklift and stacking of the product on the pallet • Transport selected product to designated dock area using power equipment. • Handle all products so as not to injure teammates or damage the product, the bags or cases • Comply effectively with company work and safety rules. • Maintain a quality of work that limits mis picks, short and damages • Comply with company attendance policy.
The warehouse Associate is responsible for loading or unloading pallets, bags and cases, on and off trailers and other vehicles by using a forklift, pallet jack or by hand. • Warehouse associate is responsible for operating a forklift to move, locate, stack, Stretch wrap and count items throughout Profile Food.
Work with direct contact with customer's staff and outside delivery personnel; emphasis is placed on the ability to relate in a positive, friendly manner.
The Operator is accountable for the safe and efficient operation of the vehicle and may also be required to perform Order Filler and Checker Duties. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: • Graduation from high school or GED equivalent • Previous experience in shipping, receiving or other related fields.
5 years preferred. • Ability to handle physical workload • Ability to multi-task and prioritize • Strong organizational skills • Forklift Certified • Strong knowledge of warehouse, inventory, and shipping operations methods and practices • Ability to read, write and speak English required, bilingual skills (English/Spanish) preferred. • Problem solving, team building, project execution and ability to multi-task PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Some standing, walking, moving, climbing, carrying, bending, kneeling, crawling, reaching, handling, pushing and pulling.
Ability to lift 50lbs.

WTI has established a Safety Solutions Team as a revenue-generating team within WTI designed to expand and create new rooftop opportunities for safety inspections, installations, and overall property owner reassurance for OSHA/ANSI compliance, supporting both Tremco Roofing and WTI.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
List the job's essential or most important functions and responsibilities of the Safety Service Representative (SSR).
Include all important aspects of the job - whether performed daily, weekly, monthly, or annually; and any that occur at irregular intervals. Integrate safety into the roofing traditional sale process, WTI GC and GS sale processes. Evaluate and develop qualified leads and inspection assessments/reports for OSHA compliance to support the roofing sales representatives with the most current, up-to-date product selection, pricing, and installation processes. Provide product quotes for property owners, sales representatives, Tremco contractors, WTI construction/project managers, WTI field management, or any others as directed. Responsible for contributing to, validating, and signing off on all proposals and specifications.

Visit property owner/management customer locations and assess their rooftop safety needs, schedule inspections/assessments, provide fall protection presentations, or any other on-site activities as directed. Coordinate assessments, engineering assessments, training, and/or fall hazard risk inspections with outside partners. Prepare estimates using the electronic tools provided (i.e., spreadsheets, apps, etc.). Develop relationships with regional teams including but not limited to, sales reps, CSS, program managers, regional business managers, field supervisors, and field technicians. Develop processes and protocols for engaging sales representatives, customers, and contractors in alignment with regional and company objectives. Proactively identify potential barriers to participant success and work within WTI and outside agencies to deliver solutions. Provide excellent customer service to employees and outside partners. Meet deadlines for all reports, data, publications, and quotes requests. Travel as needed to visit customer locations and projects for project review, QC, customer presentations, quotes, and any other visit needed to promote or support the team. RPM Corporate Officers - The Senior Internal Auditor may be asked to participate in meetings with RPM Corporate Officers including the Chief Financial, Accounting and/or Compliance Officers to provide an executive level summary of the activities of the Internal Audit Department.
Corporate Finance Department - Internal Audit is responsible for auditing the activities of the Corporate Finance Department, most important of which is the preparation of the Company's external financial statements.
In addition, the Corporate Finance Department will communicate any areas of risk at the operating company level to Internal Audit for review and follow-up.
Financial Management at Operating Groups and Operating Companies - Though the degree will vary with every audit, this position will have contact with employees in the worldwide finance function, including Segment-level Chief Financial Officers and Controllers.
External Contacts:
Periodic contact with the Company's external auditors (Deloitte) who rely significantly on the work performed by Internal Audit.
Education/License/Certification/Experience Requirements
3 to 5 years of experience is preferred. Completion of a Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in accounting is preferred.
Completion of a Bachelor's in accounting, finance or a related field is required. Certified Public Accountant or Certified Internal Auditor, including the active pursuit of these certifications is preferred.
Knowledge and Skills Required for Position

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for all dispenser equipment in the field. Ability to visit and evaluate a plant to order the proper dispenser equipment needed to do the job right (such as conduit for electrical, hose lengths, position of dispenser, etc.) Install the dispenser equipment and help assist the customer in matching our dispenser to their plant (such as counts, added products, etc.).
When the install is complete tech is responsible to clean up any mess that was created during the visit. Will be responsible to pick up any equipment in the field that needs to be removed, and returned to a Euclid facility.
Responsible to wash out any tanks immediately upon being returned at the Euclid Chemical plant with the guidance of the plant manager on the waste product. Willingness and ability to restore any used equipment that can be reused. Will be required to do paperwork (such as DOT Certifications, Expense Reports, Daily or Weekly Reports, etc.) The DOT Certifications will be done professionally on Euclid Letterhead and handed to the customer. May be asked to transfer safe amounts of material from location to location (such as raw materials for concrete testing, admixture, fiber, etc.). Required to order equipment and install that equipment at the designated customer location and maintain that equipment after installation. Perform preventative maintenance on the equipment when needed. Assist in state inspections where necessary. Respond to customer issues with those dispensers when needed. Complete work functions within Chemical production operations Responsible for the quality blending of finished products and the bulk, drum, and pail packaging of products Full understanding of Chemical Hazards specific to area assigned to, including PPE General forklift duties The core responsibility for blending and packaging of products demands the use of mechanical and electrical equipment such as pumps, mixing equipment, and automation control systems Completion and compliance of all safety initiatives and certification requirements including all near miss and incident reporting Accountable for the data entry of production tickets, good receipts, and shipping documentation Daily inspection of work area and monthly document reporting.
Ensure that a clean organized work environment is maintained at all times. Assist with physical inventory counts and processes Compliance with all applicable ISO requirements Other duties as assigned by supervisor
Position Requirements:
