At RAS Supply Chain Integrity, we protect stock accuracy for major Retailers across their supply chains.
From inbound deliveries to outbound dispatch or store back-door, we make sure stock counts are correct, errors are caught early, and retailers can trust what reaches their shelves.
We are looking for a Warehouse Stock Auditors to join our site-based team and carry out daily physical stock checks.
The Role
This is a hands-on auditing position based at our customer's distribution centre.
Your job is to physically check stock for accuracy, identify discrepancies, and document results clearly.
You'll play a key role in ensuring that pallets, cages, and loads match paperwork and delivery requirements before leaving the depot.
If you're naturally precise, enjoy structured work, and take pride in getting it right first time, this role is for you.
What you'll be doing
Conducting physical audits of pallets, cages, and trailer loads
Checking outbound loads against driver paperwork and delivery requests
Verifying the accuracy of inbound deliveries and reporting discrepancies
Recording audit outcomes clearly and accurately
Escalating stock errors or mismatches quickly and professionally
Working to daily targets and quality standards
Supporting continuous improvement by spotting recurring issues
Following site safety procedures and working efficiently in a mixed environment
What We're Looking For
You don't need to be a manager.
You need to be accurate, consistent, and reliable.
You'll need
Experience in a warehouse environment (stock control, checking, audit, picking, dispatch, or similar)
Strong attention to detail and confidence with basic calculations
Ability to work to targets while maintaining high standards
Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
Basic Microsoft Excel and Word knowledge
Ability to follow instructions and stay focused in a fast-paced environment
Must be aged 18+

We are searching for a Mechanical Design Engineer to join our clients design team.
In this role you will be responsible for the design, engineering and specification of new products alongside the maintenance of our clients existing product range.
You will report to the Technical Engineering Manager and alongside the Design team you will be expected to generate production ready designs and help ensure the smooth running of the department.
You will ensure that new products are designed and developed within the agreed timescales and to the standards expected.
ROLE DUTIES
Work closely with the Technical Engineering Manager and the Design and Development department you will take products from conception to detailed engineering drawings for manufacture.
You will determine manufacturing methods for engineering designs accounting for both inhouse and external manufacture capabilities.
You will carry out DFMEA at the outset of each project, monitoring the completion of actions identified and working with the development team to identify product design failure modes.
You will ensure that tolerance analysis is carried out during the design process, allowing for ease of manufacture, product function and eliminating tolerance build up issues during product manufacture and assembly.
You will be working with all departments involved in the NPD program, in particular, Development, Production Engineering & Purchasing, ensuring design for manufacture is implemented prior to product handover.
You will work with the Production Engineering department to optimise designs to reduce costs, increase efficiency and maintain product quality.
You will ensure Bill of Materials spreadsheets are generated during the design process enabling Production Engineering to generate product manufacturing costs.
You will ensure new product progress feedback sheets are filled out and kept up to date.
To be considered for the role you require experience in a mixture of the following: -
You will be either degree educated or have a proven engineering background with a strong bias toward mechanical engineering.
You will be able to demonstrate ability in product development from initial prototype to mass production.
Experience of sheet metal manufacture experience and knowledge of sheet metal processes is required.

Ensuring limited company contractors have the required company information, insurance and IR35 Status Determination Statement or in-country equivalent.
Managing international background checks, drug screening and DBS applications through STR's third-party providers.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client, candidate, contractor and compliance records across STR's CRM and shared systems.
Preparing documentation for internal, client and accreditation audits and conducting regular compliance checks on placements.
Supporting clients, consultants, candidates and contractors with legal, compliance and onboarding enquiries.

Experience within recruitment, compliance, onboarding, administration or a similar environment.
Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to documentation and record-keeping.
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Confidence working with candidates, contractors, clients and internal stakeholders.
A proactive, responsible and solutions-focused approach, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
