Tremco is currently hiring a CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST.
GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Customer Service Representative provides customer service to external customers (distributors, contractors, design teams, and building owners) and internal customers (sales representatives) as it relates to processing product orders.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Respond to customer calls, emails, and faxed requests.
Handle large volumes of calls, emails, and faxes.
Respond to all aspects of customers' and representatives' inquiries or requests (orders, product information, stock status, pricing, shipping information, samples, etc.) Accurately key orders into the system.
Check stock availability to confirm orders.
Make special requests such as color matching, special sales order process or (ERP) orders.
Ensure all orders are shipped and invoiced promptly and accurately.
Keep customer and/or sales representatives advised of anticipated ship dates and any delays regarding orders.
Be proactive in communicating changes to orders.
Obtain and continuously enhance a broad knowledge of product line, prices, delivery time and similar data as required relating to the business units being serviced.
Follow ISO required procedures as related to the customer service function.
Troubleshoot issues regarding pricing, tracing, and tracking orders, delivery times, product information and stock availability.
Suggest potential alternatives/solutions to customer concerns.
Supply MSDS upon request and as required.
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with team members, managers and personnel in internal departments whose functions directly or indirectly affect the service level to our customers (to aid in providing exceptional customer service).
EDUCATION
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
EXPERIENCE
A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a high-volume call center environment.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Must be able to clearly communicate verbally and in written form in a professional manner.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications required.
Understanding of Lean Management Principles is an asset.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
As the Warehouse Forklift Operator you will be expected to Receive, store, and distribute material, equipment, and products within the establishment by performing the following on a daily basis: Read orders to determine what products are to be pulled and put on pallets. Receive incoming materials, verifying amount received against packing slip, manifests, invoices or orders and noting any shortages. Prepare product/materials for shipment- supporting the continuous retrieving of material and staging at designated locations along the production line. Record shipment data- including weight, charges, space availability, damages, or discrepancies for recordkeeping purposes. Support maintenance and organization of warehouse - including cleanliness and housekeeping. Partake in inventory records management- noting stock received and dispersed. Support security of the warehouse and inventory- letting only authorized personnel in warehouse area. Communicate with supervisors on any problems or issues that may arise such as damages, shortages or nonconformance to specifications- escalating further as required to management. Sort and place products and materials on racks, shelves and/or in bins according to product code. Open crates and other containers. Load trucks Perform all duties in accordance with Health and Safety Protocols and company policies.
Qualifications and Previous Experience:
High School Diploma, General Education Degree (GED) or equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous experience/certification for sit down forklift and electric pallet jack- and ability to demonstrate proficiency on equipment. IT Proficiency with Microsoft Office packages- ability to maintain inventory records electronically. Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
Other requirements:
Must be available to work the following shift: 9 am - 5:30pm and flexible to work other shifts as determined by the needs of the business- including evenings and weekends.

Ensure hazardous waste storage or accumulation containers remain sealed except during the addition or removal of waste. Ensure Hazardous Waste storage containers are clearly labeled "Hazardous Waste." Care must be exercised when introducing waste into the satellite accumulation drum.
Do not drop on floor or area.
In the case of any spilled material, spills or drops shall be cleaned up immediately. When 55 gallons has accumulated, the satellite accumulation container must be moved to a permanent hazardous waste storage area within 3 days and relabeled "Hazardous Waste."

Requirements:

Position Summary:
Review and approve customer orders through credit procedures and collect on assigned past due accounts.
Essential Functions:
Review orders that are on credit hold status and make necessary arrangements to approve those orders. Customer - request and review bank/trade references, Dun & Bradstreet credit reports, and if necessary financial statements.
Set credit limit or submit to proper authorized person for credit limit approval. Ongoing Customer - depending on customer credit history, size of order, and location of job, sometimes may have to request and obtain bonding information, joint check agreements, guarantee of payment, personal guarantees, and file Preliminary Notice of Intent in the states required. Investigate customers with held orders that have past dues or are over their limit.
Determine action to be taken by using judgment when general guidelines indicate what is to be done.
May refer to Credit Manager. Contact customers whose accounts are past due, according to the "aging report".
Follow up with past due customers regularly. Prepare files for AR accounts that need to be placed with an outsourced collection agency, or for filing bond claims, mechanics liens, or other legal claims. Reconcile customers' accounts timely to keep customers accounts up to date. This position works and communicates closely with customer service, sales, and accounting departments, in addition to Carboline customers, so strong verbal and written communication required. Perform additional duties as assigned Commit to the Company's safety and quality programs.

Warrington Council are seeking a compassionate and experienced Adults Social Worker to join our Sensory, Physical, and Neurological team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with adults who have neurodiverse conditions and physical or sensory impairments.
You will be part of a dedicated team focused on providing tailored support to enhance the quality of life and independence of the individuals in our community.
Responsibilities:
Assessment and Planning: Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals with sensory, physical, and neurological needs to develop personalised care and support plans.
Case Management: Manage a varied caseload, ensuring that each service user receives appropriate support to live independently and improve their well-being.
Collaboration: Work closely with health professionals, carers, and other agencies to coordinate care and support for individuals with neurodiverse conditions.
Safeguarding: Identify and manage safeguarding risks, ensuring that all interventions are in the best interests of service users and comply with statutory requirements.
Advocacy: Provide guidance and advocacy for adults with sensory, physical, and neurological conditions, ensuring that their voices are heard and their rights respected.
Requirements:
Hold a degree in Social Work and are registered with Social Work England.
Have experience working with adults who have neurodiverse conditions, physical disabilities, or sensory impairments.
Enhanced DBS

Demonstrate excellent assessment, communication, and organisational skills.

THE SENIOR ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT ROLE:
Prepare monthly rental and recharge statements ready to send to the Board
Processing journal entries for rentals and recharges
Processing income, fees and charges for brokers
Processing payments to brokers and other traders
Maintaining the company bank accounts
Managing creditor invoices and payments
Preparing monthly files including VAT figures for the Accountant
Reconciling company accounts
Preparing and sending brokerage invoices
Maintaining records of all invoices sent and received
Processing and reconciling invoices from brokers
THE PERSON:
Previous experience as a Bookkeeper, Accounts Assistant, Assistant Accountant or similar role within a Brokerage
Confident user of Microsoft Excel and SAGE
Understanding of brokerage collection, Give Up Agreements and rate schedules is desirable
Confident to work closely with a small team of Directors and liaise with brokers and external parties on a day to day basis regarding invoices and payments
Able to manage a varied work load self sufficiently
Comfortable to work in a small team, playing a vital role in the smooth running of the Finance and Accounts function

· Commissioning of Air to Water heat pumps and exhaust Air Heat Pumps
· Service Call outs
· Carry out maintenance and or servicing of all products

· Provide technical feedback to customers on products.
· Follow a pre-scheduled work diary and communicate with Management and Head Office.

Experience
Experience in Heat Pumps is a bonus, but training will be provided by the employer.
A minimum of 3 years working in the industry as a qualified plumber.

· City & Guilds F GAS 2079 or the updated EU 27 - F Gas Certificate and / or Refrigeration Craftsperson QQI Level 6 Award ( post 2010 awards contain F Gas Certification)
