JOB DESCRIPTION
GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Project Administrator is responsible for managing all facets of a project's administrative duties for the following service types: General Contracting, Contracting Patch and Repair, Patch and Repair, Job Site Inspection, Roofing Advisor Days, Consulting, TRACE, ACT, Thermocore, and Canam.
This includes managing contractor payables, customer billings & receivables, and Field Resource and customer Management communication when necessary.
This individual must display a high degree of professionalism, organization, and cooperation with customers, field, and internal personnel.
This position will interface and work in conjunction with General Services and General Contracting field operations management and internal departments such as Business Operations, IT, Finance/Accounting, Sales, Accounts Payable, Credit, and Products.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Set up and maintain all project documents.
Receive and validate SAP Sales Order information entered by the Customer Service Rep to ensure all information is complete and accurate.
Ensure the timely dispatch of service orders to WTI Technicians as applicable for the project type.
Issue Master Contractor or Subcontractor agreements for large contracts and POs for smaller projects. Coordinate work with key project resources, including Construction Managers, customers, and management.
Project management will consist of managing time and expenses as incurred on projects, monitoring payables beyond 30 days, tracking plan and actual costs, confirming that all project documents have been collected (bonds, insurance, submittals, etc.), and ensuring expected costs are received and processed before job closeout, and prepare accurate and timely invoices to customers based on pricing, and billing procedures, within established metrics and contract terms.
OTHER REQUIRED DUTIES:
Manage Direct Bill accounts as applicable Review and correct accrual items Review and resolve customer disputes Manage tech service expenses and labor hours Review and process Readsoft workflow items Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly reports Report low-margin jobs Appropriately escalate concerns and issues Archive Project files as necessary Participate in special projects as necessary

The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $50,000 and $60,000.

EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or one- or two-year's related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
EXPERIENCE
3+ years successful outside sales experience, preferably industrial sales.
5+ years experience in field sales management.
Ability to lead, manage and develop local field sales representatives through coaching and mentoring.
Management experience should include recruiting, interviewing, training and developing a productive sales team.
Financial management (to include analyzing market data and developing sales plans), and organizational skills required.
Thorough understanding and experience building long-term customer relationships, prospecting, account development, problem solving and ability to deliver service, solutions, and project a can-do attitude.
Knowledge of construction, building and facility maintenance a plus.
Should have experience with word processing or spreadsheet software, Internet software, and contact management systems.
The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $100,000 and $160,000 + comprehensive bonus.

Recommend application policies within technical literature.
Coordinate 3rd party testing certification/approvals Provide live and/or web-based training for internal staff and/or external customers.
Create instructional hands-on demonstrations in a classroom, distributor locations, or job site settings showing application of products.

EDUCATION:

Conduct training (both hands-on field training and classroom style) for Field Reps, according to WTI Training Policy, to include: Proper completion of all services and related paperwork. Safety training and training documentation for all Field Reps within the region. Approval/certification of each Field Rep including: OSHA Hazard Awareness, ToolBox Talks, etc. Provide training of new contractors on the proper application of Tremco Rood Systems. Demonstrate working knowledge of all services provided. Manage, monitor and document performance of Field Reps and take appropriate steps or corrective measures to resolve employee and work related issues.
Consult with Human Resources as needed. Work in conjunction with the Recruiting Department for hiring of all new personnel.
Ensure that all required paperwork is submitted to the corporate office on a timely basis. Conduct new employee orientation for all new hires, including training on all company policies, administrative processes, procedures, and required technical and safety information. Handle all administrative matters and corresponding paperwork within the region, including: expense management monthly sales projections Field Tech time management status reports bidding jobs with reps large job sign offs, project documentation, etc. Perform any other duty and/or project as required or assigned by the Vice President of WTI General Services.
Skills, Qualifications, Experience, Special Physical Requirements:

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Is responsible for managing all Self-Perform Projects and the associated customers (Including GC and large-scale P&R, TremCare, etc).
This involves working with the Project Foreman, Superintendent, Construction Manager, and Sales Reps associated with the project, to ensure delivery on time and within budget.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Schedule and manage self-perform crews via daily interaction and oversight of crew foreman.
When subcontractors are necessary or present on the majority of self-perform projects, act as liaison to CM for boots-on-the-ground subcontractor oversight (as needed). Implement and understand project administration requirements. Create, update, and communicate project schedules and updates. Control expectations and challenges to keep the project on schedule and running efficiently. Ensure Quality Control/Quality Management of all scope items. Verify that all project work complies with contract documents. Be responsible for resolving project issues and problems, providing coordination between self- perform crews, subcontractors, Sales Reps, and owner operations, affirming specifications are followed in accordance with Tremco standards. Ensure the region's profitability by effectively managing the team and processes using the available tools, including collaboration with the RBM. Provide QA and QC inspections and training at all levels of work to achieve the highest standards of Tremco/WTI roofing practices so that the Tremco Sales team will increase their market share of performed work to WTI.

The Credit Analyst makes order release decisions.
