This is NOT a trainee role, to be considered for this role you must be currently working in an accident repair centre in an identical role or have done so in the last 3 years.
You must have working experience of Audatex (or similar estimating software) and ideally hold an ATA VDA.
Key role and responsibilities as an Estimator / Vehicle Damage Assessor:
- You will undertake the inspection of accident damaged vehicles, assessing the full extent of the damage, costs of repair and time frames.
- You will ensure our work providers menu pricing schedules and repair methodologies and key information for each contract is being adhered too on each job.
- You will work within our guidelines to ensure that the workflow volume meets targets.

My client is an established firm in the specialist waste management sector, due to continuous growth they are looking for a Field Service Engineer to install, service and maintain their equipment on various sites across the UK.
The ideal candidate locations could include Northampton, Swindon, Chippenham, Luton, Oxford, Bedford, Reading area and Watford
Other job titles could include Service Technician, Mobile Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, Multi-skilled Engineer or Field Engineer.
The Role - Field Service Engineer
- Conduct PPM, servicing, and fault diagnosis on-site for recycling equipment, including compactors and balers.
- Participate in hands-on field training with our experienced engineering team, gaining valuable exposure to our equipment and reporting systems.
- Perform warranty repairs and accurately document each service call.
- Ensure all service reports are completed with precision.
- Maintain correct stock levels in your service van to ensure youre fully equipped for each job.
Candidate Requirements: Field Service Engineer:
- Previous experience within a mobile/ field-based role.
- Has experience of fault-finding on plant machinery - conveyors, compactors, balers, crushers or similar
- Holds an Engineering qualification or has equivalent time-served experience
- Knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems is essential.
- Electrical fault-finding skills.
- Ability to interpret electrical and hydraulic diagrams
- Willingness to travel and stay away from home when required.
- Must have a full driving licence.
Salary / Package: Field Service Engineer
- 39.25 hours per week: Mon-Thurs 8 am-5 pm, Fri: 8 am-3:30 pm
- Salary: £19.50-£22 per hour depending on experience (£40k-£45k per annum)
- On-call rota, 1 in 4 weekends - £100 per weekend
- 29 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays)

We are currently searching for a Territory / Representative Administrator to support the sales representative with administrative duties, to keep the representative in the field as much as possible.
Major Responsibilities:
• Entering and tracking all project orders • Salesforce • Communicate with Construction Managers • Strategic Alignment Tracking • Assisting with expense reports, entering on representative's behalf. • Creating Material Lists in Salesforce for Reps/Contractors • Requesting pricing for warranty renewals/extensions • Submitting documents for contracts, insurance requests, etc. • Ordering supplies, samples • Tracking of all project progress/product estimates in Salesforce • Working with reps to enter all Year-End/Quarterly Estimates • Tracking all drops/new contacts/meetings/roof inspections • Completing any other paperwork as needed • Develop relationships with contractors and customers • Attend project/customer meetings as needed (Pre-cons, progress meetings, etc.) • Weekly WTI meetings for each rep (Running, taking notes, coordinating) • Coordinating access and background checks as needed for secure sites, for both Tremco and WTI employees • Managing communication between WTI techs and customers for Tremcare schedules and project schedules. • Warranty Renewal/Extension Tracking/Submitting all paperwork • Regional resource for whenever someone (Customer, WTI, Tremco, Contractor) has a question
Qualifications:
• Post-secondary degree or diploma with preference in building science, civil technology, engineering, construction technology, business or any other relevant field of study is preferred. • Work experience in the construction industry is an asset, specifically experience in roofing is ideal. • Must possess intermediate level proficiency with MS-Office Suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. • Superior written, oral and digital communication skills • Ability to work with high energy, aggressive sales representatives and with detail-oriented office personnel • Must have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as experience dealing with a sales force on a daily basis • Able to effectively communicate with field personnel at all levels • Computer Literacy, E-mail, web, SAP, basic office suite experience • Organizing, planning and prioritizing administrative business functions • Saleforce or other data driven program experience is a plus. • Construction administration experience is a plus but not a requirement.
The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $40,000 and $55,000.
