About you
A successful candidate will have extensive understanding of the relevant legal framework including the Care Act 2014, MCA 2005 and Human rights act 1998.

A degree in social work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of 2 years' post qualified experience is essential for this role (a completed ASYE is counted as one complete year).
