JOB DESCRIPTION
GENERAL SUMMARY
Fill completed batches into appropriate containers or onto tanker for shipping purposes, following appropriate procedures for different fill-off methods as indicated on batch ticket.
Seal and apply appropriate labeling to containers as indicated on batch tickets.
Move finished goods to finished goods warehouse for shipping.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
Other duties may be assigned.
Locate appropriate vat to be filled off per batch ticket instructions Pre-mix material in vat before filling Locate appropriate materials (containers, strainers, equipment, etc.) used for filling, as indicated by batch ticket, and in fill-off manuals Always bond and ground containers before filling Obtain retain per instructions in fill-off procedures.
Labels retain as directed by QC department Complete fill-off procedure Clean vat and equipment using appropriate cleaning solution indicated on batch ticket Make proper notations on batch ticket regarding fill-off Apply appropriate labeling as instructed on batch ticket Move finished goods to warehouse if necessary Maintain neat and orderly work area

Perform all material handling functions related to shipping and warehousing, including truck loading, material receiving, storage and supply of filling lines with packaging components
Ensure secure shipment of finished goods by stretch wrapping of palletized products using stretch wrapping equipment and blocking and bracing loads
Receive and store raw materials in their proper place.
Enter the received raw material in SAP in accordance with set procedure and practice.
Enter the shipments of material in SAP as assigned, according to procedure.
Housekeeping - Maintain clean and debris free Shipping & Receiving Areas, Warehouses and Docks.

Ensure work area is safe, clean and free of recognizable hazards; communicate all spills or other hazards to the shift supervisor or other member of the plant management staff.
Safely use material handling equipment, including sit-down and standup forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.
Conduct cycle counts and physical inventories as necessary.
May assist in other departments as needed.
Required Experience:
1-3 years of related experience.

IT Project Manager
Rust-Oleum is looking for an experienced Project Manager responsible for the implementation of various information technology projects that align with business and IT strategies.
This position requires a vast breadth of technology and business expertise to deliver complex projects.
In addition, this role will also contribute to the overall health and strategy of the PMO in supporting and optimizing the project delivery mechanisms ultimately leading to better project value and customer satisfaction. Skills and Qualifications 15+ years of professional IT work experience out of which 7 - 10 years is in leading large-scale ERP and other B2B/B2C business applications projects, transformation initiatives, process improvements, system integrations, and infrastructure (network, cloud/compute, and security) implementations. Sound foundational knowledge of IT systems, architecture, and the latest IT industry trends to objectively align with the project's technical requirements and audit the feasibility of desired outcomes. Broad knowledge of business processes, specifically in consumer goods and process manufacturing industries, with an ability to communicate effectively with IT business analysts and business process owners. Experience in leading SAP implementations. Knowledge of various agile methodologies and agile project management is a plus. Strong leadership and influencing skills to oversee tasks and motivate/encourage the team to successfully deliver the project without having any direct authority. Strong communication and writing skills to effectively share vision, goals, ideas, and day-to-day communication with all project stakeholders. Effective at negotiations and managing conflicts with team members, vendors, and executive stakeholders. Budget management skills to create a viable cost plan and track it throughout the project life cycle. Be versatile and adapt to conflicting priorities and technical/functional requirements of the project. This role requires domestic and international travel dependent upon the scope and duration of the projects.
