Job Description:

This is a full-time position on the day shift, 5:00 am - 3:30 pm Monday - Thursday.
Some overtime may be required.
Use and understanding of torque methods to ensure the proper alignment of parts.
Job Requirements:
Methodically construct industrial engine components (engine, blower, water box, water pump and control panel) into an array of different finished products Responsible for diagnosing and resolving engine and associated assembly tolerance issues to ensure proper fit and alignment Use and understanding of torque methods to ensure the proper alignment of parts.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Production Laborer II performs assigned tasks on the production line and assists with plant housekeeping duties per written work instructions for each job.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work assigned tasks on a production line making below grade waterproofing material using bentonite and High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE). Operate and observe machinery used in the production process so that malfunctions can be detected and supervision can be notified. Measure material and utilize cutting tools to cut materials to specified length. Fill pails with manufactured material. Pack and store manufactured material by rolling materials onto a core, place the roll in a bag, and seal with a wire twist tie. Shrink wrap or band finished goods. Rework rejected materials Box manufactured accessories for further processing or shipment, following prescribed procedures. Use a forklift to lift and transfer manufactured materials between work and storage areas. Sift bentonite that is recycled from floors and rejected materials. Assist in representing environmental and quality ISO management plans. Participate on facility projects by performing maintenance and repair work related to the facility. Utilize, sustain, and audit established Lean Manufacturing processes. Clean work areas, machinery, and equipment.
EDUCATION
High School Diploma required.
EXPERIENCE
Minimum 6 months experience in a Production Laborer role preferred.

A Full Driving License

Please note all work will require prolonged periods of standing and some use of step stools and ladders.
Some sites are in warehouses or large retail premises where you may be required to access and work with ground and high level stock.
This role will involve working unsociable hours, working early mornings or night shifts, this therefore means we are unable to hire anyone under the age of 18 years.

Retail Stocktake Team Leader
Salary: £12.94 per hour inclusive of holiday pay (£11.55ph + £1.39 holiday pay) + Enhancements

As a stock taking Team leader you will take accountability for managing teams of up to 60 stock counters, delivering the end-to-end stock taking service while on our client's sites.
The shifts lengths vary, and we require flexible availability, you will be required to travel to a different client site each day and may occasionally be expected to stay away from home.
Days: Monday - Sunday (Up to 5 days in a 7-day working pattern and there is the possibility flexibility in the working days per week if required)
