Role; Electricians working on an industrial project in Fawley, Southampton.
Task; Installation, Termination and Glanding of SWA's and cabling.
Hawke Cable Gland termination experience.
11 Day working Pattern, Monday through to the following Thursday.
The Friday, Saturday and Sunday shifts are all paid at enhanced rates.
After 10.5 days of work all operatives will have 3.5 days off.
Qualifications; ECS JIB Electrician Card and DBS check are mandatory.
Site Supervisors also need SSSTS.
Additional preferred training includes Pasma and Ipaf 3A and 3B.
Duration: 3-4 Months Minimum Work.

Facilities Maintenance (Handy Person) Cheshire West and Chester £28,601 depending on experience. 36 hours Flexi-time for non-rota posts (Core hours: 10:00 AM - 3:30 PM 23 days per annum, rising to 28 days + 8 Bank Holidays (Pro Rata)Facilities Maintenance Key responsibilities.
Perform general maintenance tasks including basic plumbing, joinery, carpentry, and painting.
Move and transfer large and small items between properties as needed.
Support property inspections, PAT testing, and compliance with safety regulations.
Participate in property improvement and refurbishment works, including assembly of flat-pack furniture and installation of white goods
Assist in the turnaround of properties, including repairs, cleaning, and restocking utilities.
Perform grounds maintenance, treat pest infestations, and remove bulky refuse.
Occasionally travel to your clients service areas in Wigan and Cheshire West for maintenance tasks.
Handle emergency repair situations outside of standard office hours.
Essential:
Relevant Level 3 qualification or equivalent work experience, with a willingness to achieve a Level 3 qualification.
Physical strength and dexterity for carrying heavy loads, working at heights, and in awkward spaces.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience in basic plumbing, joinery, carpentry, decorating, and general maintenance.
Understanding of health and safety procedures in an office environment.
Regular travel required.
The role holder must have access to a car.
Business mileage is payable from an agreed base.
