JOB DESCRIPTION
The Payroll Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the payroll and benefits function for the US businesses of Tremco CPG Inc.
This role involves ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll, compliance with relevant regulations, and maintaining payroll records.
The Payroll Manager will be responsible for the benefits standard setting process, forecasting and divisional allocation, in addition to playing a key role in driving process improvements, assessing the structure of the payroll department and enhancing the efficiency of payroll and benefits operations as well as performing relevant internal controls. The Payroll Manager role is a hybrid position, involving time worked both remote and onsite.
Duties/Responsibilities, Core knowledge
Payroll Processing: Administer and process payroll for all employees in the United States. Ensure accurate calculation of wages, tax withholdings, and deductions. Manage disbursement of funds for the net payroll, payroll taxes and other related items (e.g., garnishments). Review and approve payroll transactions. Reconcile payroll accounts. Handle special pay runs for bonuses, commissions, and other payments as needed. Manage the annual year-end W-2 reconciliation process, ensuring complete accuracy and timeliness. Stay up-to-date with federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations and labor laws. Ensure compliance with all payroll-related legal requirements. Review and abide by all company policies and procedures. Prepare and file payroll tax returns and reports as required. Establish and maintain payroll controls and payroll related procedures for SOX compliance. Manage payroll tax liabilities.
Ensure accurate and timely filing of all payroll-related taxes. Maintain accurate payroll records, including employee data, earnings, deductions, and tax information. Generate payroll reports for management, internal and external auditors. Ensure that vacation accruals are accurately recorded in the company's financial statements based on the relevant company policy.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of payroll operations. Evaluate and recommend payroll software and tools to streamline processes, as necessary. Utilize systems to improve efficiency and accuracy of processes. Evaluate structure of the payroll department Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll matters. Address and resolve payroll discrepancies and issues. Collaborate with accounting, tax and human resources Integrate payroll process for newly acquired entities and locations. Supervise and mentor payroll staff. Provide guidance and support to the payroll team.

Skills, Qualifications, Experience, Special Physical Requirements:
Bachelor's degree from four or 5-year college or university or equivalent experience More than 7 years related experience and/or training Proven experience as a Payroll Manager or a similar role, with at least 7 years of experience in payroll processing and compliance. Strong understanding of federal and state payroll regulations. Knowledge of payroll tax regulations in multiple states within the United States. Experience with expatriate and foreign service payroll reporting, payments and coordinating related issues with responsible human resources personnel. Familiarity with multi-state payroll processing. Experience with ADP payroll software and systems is required.
Experience with SAP is preferred. Experience with Oracle is preferred. Prior experience in supervising and leading a payroll team. Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or similar payroll certification is highly desirable.

Proficiency in payroll software (ADP) and Microsoft Excel. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in calculations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive payroll information. Position Summary:

May involve prioritizing and negotiating product availability, partial shipments, or splitting shipments. • Follows up daily on order status and notifies CSRs or sales rep of any changes. • Operates the LN computer system for Sales and Replenishment order shipments. • Review orders for special requirements of customers and ensure that the information is conveyed to the appropriate warehousemen. • Works with Corporate Traffic Department to make cost efficient shipments. • Perform additional duties as assigned • Commit to the Company's safety and quality programs.
Requirements:
• High School Diploma, • Proficient in Microsoft Office • 1-year prior office related work experience • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills, along with an ability to work well with others and analyze data recognizing trends and taking action to improve. • Ability to read and interpret documents such as procedure manuals, operating and maintenance manuals and safety rules.

Legend Brands has immediate openings for Injection Mold Machine Operators on our day shift, 5:00 am - 3:30 pm, Monday-Thursday at our Burlington, WA location.
Some overtime may be required.
Job Requirements:
• Operate plastic molding machines to mold & cast thermoplastic parts• Produce parts in accordance with written instructions with accuracy• Trim excess material from parts using utility knife, clippers, de-burr knife, etc.• Perform secondary operations such as milling, hot stamping, gluing• Accurately count and package parts according to instructions
Qualifications:
• Ability to operate small equipment and tools• Ability to read & communicate effectively through oral and written communication• High School diploma or equivalent• Previous manufacturing experience preferred
Hiring Range:
Between $18.00 to $18.00/hour

We have an exciting opportunity for Maintenance Mechanics at our Baltimore Plant.
In this role, you will be responsible for the repair, maintenance, and enhancement of equipment at the plant.
The facility is a 24/7 operation and, while you must be able to work any shift, the openings are currently for the following shifts: 2nd shift (Monday to Thursday from 3:00 pm to 1:00 am) 3rd shift (Friday to Sunday from 5:00 am to 5:00 pm) 4th shift (Friday to Sunday from 5:00 pm to 5:00 am) Overtime is available/required. If you work all three 12 hours days on the weekend shifts, you receive a shift bonus of an additional 4 hours pay! The afternoon shift also receives additional shift pay. Responsibilities: Repairing manufacturing, packaging, and material handling equipment Performing various plant maintenance functions to maintain the general operation of the facility Assisting with production duties as needed Requirements: Basic understanding of maintenance processes, industrial safety applications and terminology related to a manufacturing and distribution environment, including but not limited to use of hand and power tools Experience in maintenance crafts and mechanical repair (electrical, plumbing, and welding); electrical troubleshooting, reading and interpreting electrical drawings, blueprints, shop mathematics and drafting skills Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly and ability to stand for periods of up to 3 hours Proven ability to work well with others, self-motivated, work with little or no supervision, multitask and prioritize daily Excellent organizational, interpersonal, decision-making and communication skills
