Respond to enquiries from potential users and assess their requirements.
Manage administrative tasks related to new customer applications.
Maintain and manage the waiting list system, ensuring efficiency and regular communication.
Conduct home visits to assess individual needs and correctly install alarm units and associated products.
Program and test alarm units, including reprogramming as needed.
Replace pendants and batteries, and ensure the correct operation of alarm units.
Retrieve alarm units and products when necessary.
Manage stock control and maintain accurate records.
Ensure vehicles are maintained, fueled, and clean.
Provide users with detailed explanations of how the alarm units function.
Promote the Telecare Cardiff Service at events and demonstrations.
Participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
Qualifications and Experience:
Proven experience in a customer-facing role.
Technical aptitude with experience in installing and maintaining equipment.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently.
