The brief is to find a commercially-minded, UK qualified Residential Property Solicitor with full knowledge of the sales process, who can help establish and build a legal function to help this group achieve its profitability goals.
The role is offered on a remote basis but will require 2-3 days per month in their offices in Buckinghamshire.
Reporting directly to the MD, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years PQE in residential property sales, an outgoing and personable manner and an organised and calm approach.
Day to day you'll be a main client contact, a facilitator for getting transactions over the line as well as a liaison/conduit for external solicitors though to the board, however this is a self-standing and autonomous position without any fee earning!
The group is a family run entity and direct buyer that involves no middlemen, which has an outstanding reputation including an “excellent” award through Trustpilot.

Ensuring that all members of the nursing team receive clinical supervision, appraisal, CPD requirements and complete mandatory training
The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
Experience of managing others
Willingness to complete further clinical, managerial and leadership training
Computer literate - you are responsible for rota management
As a member of the leadership team your communication skills and motivation to strive for excellence yourself and via others will shine through
The successful Ward Manager will receive an excellent salary of £42,000 - £48,000 per annum.
This exciting position is a Full Time role working 37.5 hours a week.
