Your Role as Construction Manager / Package Manager Will Include:
* Managing the delivery of multiple ancillary buildings from construction through to commissioning and handover.
* Working closely alongside Project Managers to coordinate programmes, interfaces and package delivery across the wider project.
* Managing subcontractors, site teams and specialist trades to ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest quality standards.
* Coordinating interfaces with civils, structural, architectural and MEP teams.
As A Construction Manager / Package Manager You Will Have:
* Previous experience as a Construction Manager, Package Manager, Senior Site Manager or Building Manager on large-scale construction projects.
* Experience delivering ancillary buildings such as administration buildings, welfare facilities, gatehouses, workshops, warehouses, offices or other supporting infrastructure.
* Main contractor experience delivering complex construction projects.
