An opportunity has arisen for a Sales Manager - RF & Microwave Technology to join a specialist engineering organisation developing and manufacturing high-frequency RF and microwave components and subsystems for a wide range of industrial, scientific and communications applications.
The organisation forms part of an international RF technology group and specialises in the design, development and manufacture of high-performance RF assemblies operating at frequencies up to 50 GHz.
Its product portfolio includes power amplifiers, low-noise amplifiers, microwave generators and frequency conversion systems used across communications, broadcast, medical, scientific and advanced industrial applications.
With in-house R&D, testing laboratories and manufacturing capability, the business supports the full product lifecycle from concept and prototyping through to low and medium volume production.
The organisation has an established global customer base and works closely with engineering-led customers on customised, design-led solutions.
This role is focused on developing new business and managing key customer relationships across Germany and wider European markets, combining technical sales, consultative engagement and strategic account development.
This position is suited to a technically strong sales professional with experience in RF, microwave or electronic component sales, who can translate complex engineering capability into commercial success.
Main Responsibilities of the Sales Manager - RF & Microwave Technology (Germany - Remote):
Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities across RF and microwave markets
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline across Germany and wider European territories
Provide technical consultation to customers, supporting projects from initial specification through to design-in and delivery
Develop long-term relationships with engineering teams, R&D departments and procurement stakeholders
Act as a trusted advisor, positioning high-frequency technology solutions to meet customer requirements
Represent the organisation at international trade shows and industry events
Monitor market trends, competitor activity and emerging application areas
Provide market feedback to internal engineering and product development teams
Collaborate closely with internal engineering teams to support technical proposals and customer requirements
Requirements of the Sales Manager - RF & Microwave Technology (Germany - Remote):
Degree in Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering, Industrial Engineering or similar technical discipline
Experience in technical sales of electronic components or engineered technology solutions
Strong understanding of RF, microwave or high-frequency technology (advantageous)
Proven ability to win new business and manage complex technical sales cycles
Strong consultative sales approach with the ability to support design-in opportunities
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
Self-motivated and structured, with the ability to work autonomously in a field-based role
Fluent in German and English

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Possess a deep understanding of the market landscape for all Tremco application categories - Facades, Foundations and Slabs, ICF & Framing, Connections, and Roofing - as well as adjacent opportunities.is responsible for developing formal strategic programs for growth development across the Tremco Construction Products Group business.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
MBA (Master of Business Administration) with a concentration in Strategy, Marketing, or Finance, Master of Science in Construction Management, or other related degree in a similar study focus.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
10 or more years of experience in either B2B product, brand or channel management or construction industry experience.
Retail channel experience is required.
Direct exposure to retail goods clients (e.g., The Home Depot, Lowe's, Menards, Ace Hardware, regional home centers & distributors)
Experienced in consumer or trade product portfolio, pricing, promotion, positioning and placement strategy and management
Experience managing direct reports is a plus.

Accurately document all panel production and, once certified, complete nuclear testing spray orders.

Apply a working knowledge of coating technologies to ensure proper application, curing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
Partner with the R&D team on product evaluations, new formulations, and equipment trials.
Support Sales and Training teams by assisting with product and equipment demonstrations for customer schools, internal sessions, and hands-on training events.
Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment through daily housekeeping efforts.
Take an active role in hazard recognition and injury prevention by following all safety rules and reporting any incidents immediately.

One batch is complete the operator will test for quality, adjust as needed to assure specification is met by following written standard operating procedures, and then fill product into specified packaging and palletize pails or drums.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Control or operate chemical processes or systems of machines using control boards, Human Machine Interface (HMI computer touch screen) or semi-automatic equipment.
Draw samples of products, and conduct quality control tests to monitor processing and ensure that standards are met.
Use appropriate scales or measurement devices to add materials to the kettle as specified by batch process orders.
Must be able to read and understand recording instruments, pressure gauges, scales, flow meters, panel lights, and other indicators to verify the conformity of process conditions.
Monitor control settings and make necessary adjustments on equipment.
Accurately record production and downtime via written documentation.
EXPERIENCE:
No prior experience is required.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Conduct the daily onsite safety brief prior to the start of the WTI project with the Sales Rep, customer and the WTI Crew.
Inspect and ensure all surroundings, equipment and tools and identify and discuss any safety concerns.
Complete the Daily Hazard Analysis form and submit to the Supervisors as applicable Ensure all project communication is completed prior to the start of any WTI project.
This includes but is not limited to communication with: Sales Rep on weekly/daily schedule WTI crew members to discuss scope of work and daily tasks The customer pre-arrival, at arrival and at completion of the day's work WTI Supervisor on schedule changes, project, and crew updates, etc. Efficient project management will include managing crew start and end times and production rates, ensuring tools and materials are available to complete the assigned project safely and efficiently, and completing the project per the scope or work or specification. The WTI Foreman will complete an end of day and/or end of project walk through to ensure quality repairs and address any items prior to leaving the job site.
Before and after pictures will be sent to the Sales Rep and information will be sent daily on project status.
These items will include, detailed work performed updates, materials consumed, and supplies purchases are all recording daily. Ensure that all WTI Field Reps will have a professional appearance and customer interaction while completing services for a customer. The Field Resource Foreman is responsible for the ordering, tracking, and monitoring inventory and ensure Quarterly cycle counts are completed and submitted timely. Per pricing procedures review each field service project over $5,000 for pricing accuracy. Submit all projects over $20,000 to the WTI Supervisor prior to submitting to the Sales Rep or customer. Manage, monitor, and document performance of Field Resource Reps and take appropriate steps or corrective measures to resolve employee and work-related issues.
Consult with WTI Field Resource Supervisor and Human Resources as needed. Perform any other duty and/or project as required or assigned by the WTI Supervisor and/or Regional Manager.
Skills & Qualifications
Minimum five years' experience in the commercial roofing industry. Must be thoroughly familiar with built-up, EPDM, PVC, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems as well as metal and other steep slope roofing systems and how to properly repair them.
The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $53,000 and $65,000.
