Applications are invited from dedicated and enthusiatic Band 4 Support Workers to join the Live-in Community Living team, within the Adult Disabilities Services on the beautiful Island of Guernsey, in the Channel Islands.This role is paid at £300 per day, typically working a six weeks on/six weeks off rota, in pairs with another Support Worker.
You will generally share the accommodation with the Service User you support on a live-in basis. You will be required to hold an NVQ Level 3 qualification, a current driving licence and at least three years experience in a Learning Disabilities setting.We regret that employer sponsorship is not offered with any Support Worker roles.The Adult Disabilities Service supports people with learning disability and autism, with complex needs, including behaviours that challenge.
