Based in their residential community, you will work with young people aged 5-18 who have suffered severe childhood trauma linked to exploitation, neglect, domestic violence and abuse.
Your role will be to work with them to help them understand their trauma and help them re-establish a positive view of the world.
The Residential Support Worker role requires full commitment, this is a serious career path that requires self-sacrifice in order to ensure the young people are always put first and receive the support they need.
The job will involve long hours (sometimes 24 hour shifts), overnight sleep in shifts, alternate weekends, sometimes you will need to stay beyond your shift ending to ensure safe handover or bed time routines.

There are three Production Operator levels (I, II, & III).
The level will be determined by experience, ability to assume various roles on the plant floor, and demonstrated ability to independently troubleshoot and problem-solve machine issues resulting in efficient cycles and minimal downtime.
The Production Operator will operate production equipment, including industrial blenders, in accordance with the established production schedule.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform work in a safe manner by following all written and verbally communicated safety rules and procedures.
Follow standard work procedures to operate and maintain assigned machine(s).
Routinely meet or exceed production output rates per standards.
Ensure product meets certain tolerances and specifications.
Perform routine inspections per quality standards.
Understand production instructions.
Maintain accurate paperwork.
Inspects equipment, structures, and materials to identify problems or defects prior to production to ensure a clean, clear and safe work environment.
Reads and follows work orders and formulas to meet production specifications and schedules.
Examines materials, ingredients, or product per quality standards.
Weighs or measures materials, ingredients, and products per requirements.
Adds and mixes raw materials according to specifications.
Transfers materials, supplies, and products between work areas.
Discharges blenders of powder when necessary.
Ensures quality and conformity of blended products to meet standards.
Ensures equipment is set-up, cleaned, sanitized, and operating properly before, after and between runs.
Completes cleaning logs and notifies quality control for hygiene testing.
Records operational and production data on specified forms/production documents.
Reports malfunctions to a supervisor and confirms proactive and routine maintenance.
Conducts on-going assessment of quality control and operational procedures.

This is a 12-week internship programintended to prepare the intern with tools needed to advance to a Sales Associate in the Roofing Sales Training program.

Sales Associate Internship
This is a 12-week internship programintended to prepare the intern with tools needed to advance to a Sales Associate in the Roofing Sales Training program.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The sales intern will work in the field in collaboration with Tremco Roofing Field Advisors and the Tremco Roofing Training Department over 12 weeks to learn the skills needed to be successful in any field sales position at Tremco Roofing.

There are three Production Operator levels (I, II, & III).

Qualifications:
10+ years in engineering role for application hosting for global entities with $3B+ in annual revenue. 10+ years with MS Server and Virtualization platforms (VMWare & MS Hypervisor) 10+ years with mass storage units (HP Storage, IBM storage, etc.) 10+ years with ITIL processes and industry best practices for application hosting 5+ years with Azure IaaS and PaaS experience BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent education. Excellent oral and written communication Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Ability to manage and deliver multiple priorities in a timely fashion. Ability to support cross-team collaboration to ensure your focus area integrates with the overall solutions.
