Technically inclined - experience with CAR BODY WORK, BODYSHOP, or MECHANICAL REPAIR is helpful but NOT essential

Interested in CARS, PAINT WORK, VEHICLE REPAIR, or the AUTOMOTIVE AFTERMARKET and SALES
Able to identify and grow new and existing SALES ACCOUNTS
Comfortable with PRODUCT DEMONSTRATION and explaining technical features
Focused on customer service and building strong client relationships
In possession of a FULL UK DRIVING LICENCE - essential

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The WTI Field Resources Supervisor (Supervisor) is responsible for the timely delivery of services, profitability, and all employee management and training within their respective region.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate with the Field Resource Foreman (Foreman) for staffing and scheduling of all WTI Field Resources Reps (Field Reps) in their respective region to ensure proper utilization of manpower on specific jobs for the highest profitability.
Collaborate with other Supervisors as necessary.
Oversee the Quality Control (QC) process in conjunction with the Quality Control Specialist (QCS) of all the Field Reps in the region, which will include random site visits to current and previous job sites and proper documentation to ensure that all work was completed properly and that the customer is fully satisfied.
Ensure profitability within the region by monitoring and managing employee expenses for accuracy and abuse, use of overtime hours, and all full-time personnel's billable time to meet the required percentage.

Field all questions and concerns from the Field Reps and handle all discrepancies between the Field Reps and the Sales Reps.
Conduct and foster professional and timely communication (via email, text message, voicemail, or in person) with the customers, Sales Reps, field staff, and internal company personnel on all work-related matters.
Be the primary contact for the office personnel if there are any issues concerning a Field Rep.
Ensure all Field Reps will have a professional appearance and demeanor while completing services for a customer.

The primary function of a Tremco Project & Compatibility Lab Technician is to manage internal testing procedures that are used to establish a compatibility matrix for all Tremco products that are subject to contact in typical construction applications.
The P&C Lab Technician will perform Project Testing and support testing functions for Decks, Below Grade Waterproofing, Sealants and Air Barriers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Laboratory: 75% of time will be spent in the laboratory in constructing test samples, documenting performance and maintaining a clean working environment.
Must be familiar with a laboratory setting and safety and be able to: Test to ASTM C 1248, ASTM C 1247, ASTM C 1193, ASTM C 1135, ASTM C 1087, ASTM 794, ASTM C 793, ASTM C 719, ASTM C 679, ASTM C 679, ASTM C 661, ASTM C 639 and ASTM C 510 standard test methods. Conduct thorough take-offs for roofing repairs and renovations, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the project scope. Assemble and present estimates with precision, incorporating both numerical data and precise descriptive details. Maintain professional and timely communication with customers, Sales Representatives, field staff, and internal company personnel via email, phone, text, or in person. Assist in the training and development of Field Representatives and "Elevate" program candidates and graduates, in alignment with WTI Training Policy.
Training includes: Proper completion of services and related documentation. Safety training and documentation requirements. Certification and approval of Field Representatives, including OSHA Hazard Awareness and Toolbox Talks. Conduct Platinum Inspections, in conjunction with the Inspection Team, to prepare associated cost estimate proposals. Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of WTI services and deliverables.
