JOB DESCRIPTION
As our Material Handler, you will work in our plant to pick orders.
We can't ship without you.
Every day you will work alongside a hardworking and fast-paced team to select orders from the warehouse floor and place them on the correct pallet.
To thrive you must be prepared to lift packages of 50 pounds repeatedly and always think safety first.
You'll be someone your team can rely on to make sure our orders are right before they're in route to our customers. Solving challenges is the very foundation of who we are.

Required Experience:
1-3 years of related experience. High school diploma or GED. Must be able to work above average overtime and flexible hours. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to read, write, speak, and understand English. Aptitude with SAP/WMS System as well as ISO-9001 requirements. Appropriate forklift and comparable equipment operating skills. Ability to lift 50 lbs.

An opportunity has arisen for a Warehouse Operative, a well-established company offering warehousing, pick-and-pack, and distribution services for ecommerce and retail businesses.
As a Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of goods, materials, and equipment across the factory and storage areas.
This is a temporary role (working 12 weeks) offering a pay rate of £16.50 per hour and benefits.
You will be responsible for:
* Operating mechanical handling equipment safely and efficiently in line with procedures
* Moving, locating, and stacking products, pallets, and materials within the facility
* Unloading deliveries and placing stock into designated storage areas

What we are looking for:
* Previously worked as a Warehouse Operative, Warehouse Assistant, Warehouse Operator, Warehouse Technician, Factory Operative, Forklift Driver, FLT Driver, Materials Handler, Goods In Operative, Goods Out Operative, Factory Worker, Warehouse Worker, Warehouse Picker, Forklift Operative or in a similar role.
* Ideally have prior experience working in a warehouse, factory, or logistics environment
* Willingness to support overtime requirements when needed
* A practical, hands-on approach with attention to detail
* Reliability and ability to work as part of a team
Shift:
* 12-hour shifts (7:00am - 7:00pm and 7:00pm - 7:00am)
* Rotating days and nights
* 3 days on, 3 days off shift pattern

JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Responsibilities:
Combine raw materials to completion of batch specifications in preparation for approval as finished product provided to the packaging lines.
New compounders will also train in a role for tank cleaning.
Follow batch making best practices by adhering to the specific manufacturing procedure
Abide all plant and department specific safety procedures, Bonding-Grounding, LOTO, etc.
Transport raw materials from the warehouse to the assigned workstation and transport completed tanks / batches to designated staging areas.
Utilize hoist for heavy lifting of raw materials
Maintain a professional relationship with quality control personnel concerning batch adjustments and communication
Increase job knowledge on a daily basis consulting the department supervisor and co-workers with questions and concerns
Daily housekeeping
