Our client, a bespoke manufacturing company, is seeking a talented Marketing and Design Executive to join their creative team in Sevenoaks, on a permanent basis.
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to contribute to the success of a growing organisation, known for their innovative products and high-profile projects.
As a Marketing and Design Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's marketing and design initiatives.
You will be responsible for creating engaging digital and print assets, assisting with marketing projects, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the department.
The role would suit a creative, adaptable and detail-oriented person, who has a strong background in both design and marketing.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Design a range of digital and print assets, including adverts, brochures, technical documents, banners, exhibition displays, promotional materials, and presentations
- Assist with marketing project requirements, such as content creation, competitor research, trade shows, photography, email marketing campaigns, video creation, and SEO
- Support daily administration and organisational tasks, including updating website content, managing contact lists and data, conducting supplier research, obtaining quotes, and photographing new projects
Job Requirements:
- 3 years experience in a graphics/marketing role
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign / Illustrator/ Photoshop)
- An in-depth understanding of brand marketing and design principles
- A relevant qualification in graphics or marketing

Position Summary:
This position is for a Marketing Content Creation Intern who will work alongside marketing experts at our St.
Louis Headquarters. This person will create strategic content in support of multiple product lines.
Reporting to the Marketing Communications Manager, the Marketing Content Creation Intern will work closely with Carboline's Content Strategist to plan, write, edit, and publish global marketing collateral.
This is a paid, extended internship with no finite end date.
While candidates majoring in Journalism or English have historically been strong fits for Marketing Communication internships, Carboline is happy to consider candidates from all fields of study provided they can demonstrate an ability to contribute meaningfully to the Marketing Communications team.
Minimum Requirements:
Can work 30-40 hours per week from May through August, followed by a schedule established with and agreed to by the Marketing Communications Manager once classes resume.
This cycle will then repeat until college completion. Schedule and manage telephone support coverage, working with other Construction Products Support Specialists, Product Managers, and marketing staff. Assist in the development of technical support tools such as product comparative guides, brochures, sell sheets, certification letters, website content, etc. Assist in product troubleshooting by proactively coordinating testing and analysis activities between sales representatives, customers, R&D/product development, customer service, and operations. Interact as a reliable peer, especially to sales representatives, product managers, marketing communications staff, customer service, business development, R&D/product development, and the operations group. Maintain electronic product technical files. Help plan and provide product training and demonstrations to internal and external customers. Occasional travel to construction jobsites or customer locations to provide product support may be required.
Education and/or Experience:
Associates degree or equivalent industry experience Previous call center support experience, or related field Construction and/or concrete knowledge preferred
Other Skills/Requirements:
