Job Purpose
This role leads the U.S.
marketing team and works collaboratively across regions to support global marketing strategies.
It oversees digital programs and brand initiatives that drive sales growth, enhance customer experience, and strengthen Stonhard's brand presence, while also managing internal communications and company events to promote a positive and engaged culture.
Principal Accountabilities

Support and implement marketing strategies across various channels and events that align with the company's overall vision.
Hold a seat on global marketing council, to make collaborative global marketing decisions with other marketing leaders.
Maintain a position on Stonhard leadership team to support company goals, including long-term strategy process.
Work with digital and content team to support compelling marketing content for websites, social media, literature, and digital signage tools.
Work with creative services to support graphic design, literature, and merchandise program and fulfillment.
Manage approvals for marketing purchases.
Support customer market manager on salesforce.com, automated marketing platform, leads, and customer survey program.
Guide US marketing team members to work together, inspire creativity and ensure effective marketing, and encourage career development and learning within the group.
Work closely with sales, tech service, R&D, business intelligence, and market managers to ensure alignment of sales and overall company goals and capture market trends, innovation, development and product launches, understand customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for market growth and innovation.
Lead internal communications to maintain consistent and strong messaging and help build corporate culture.
Support tradeshow and event planning, aligning with company initiatives, outside interests, philanthropic goals to guide positive company culture.
Experience |Education | Certifications
Bachelor's in communications/marketing, or digital marketing with a minimum of five years marketing experience.
Experience managing others.
Experience across a broad range of marketing disciplines, including digital marketing (SEO, PPC, social media, content) and traditional marketing channels.
Leadership skills with a desire to grow and thrive in corporate culture.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Understanding and ability to execute digital analytics, including SEO and GEO.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Creative thinker.
Proficient with Microsoft applications.
Willingness to travel.
Benefits and Compensation
The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $85,000 and $90,000.
The range is an estimate based on potential employee qualification operations, needs, and other considerations permitted by law.

Our client, a specialist investment management firm based in Edinburgh, is looking to appoint an Enterprise Security Risk Manager to join their team.
This role translates our client's security strategy into effective day-to-day assurance and risk management.
You will assess cyber risk, review technology and AI solutions, lead security investigations and control assurance, coordinate testing and regulatory activity, and provide expert security advice to Technology and the wider business.
You'll also represent the security function on key governance forums, including the Information Security Working Group, Third Party Oversight Working Group and Business Continuity Working Group.

A recognised cyber security qualification such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC or equivalent is desirable for this role.
Skills/Experience:
Strong practical experience of cyber risk assessment, security assurance and control evaluation

Strong practical experience of the Microsoft 365 security stack, including Entra, Defender and Purview
Strong incident-triage, threat-hunting and investigation skills

Experience of third-party and AI security due diligence, including data protection and supplier assurance

Triage security incidents and lead threat hunting and investigations into data-protection, information-protection and insider-risk alerts
Design penetration tests and attack simulations, assess findings and drive remediation of material weaknesses
Review the effectiveness of endpoint, encryption, identity, conditional-access, mobile-device and web/email security controls
Perform security due diligence on third parties and AI providers, including data-use, model-training and data-residency controls
Produce the Cyber RCSA and undertake cyber-insurance, internal-audit and external-audit casework
Conduct regulatory and standards gap analyses and communicate relevant requirements across the firm
Design access-review processes, security management information and assurance reporting
Design and deliver phishing simulations, bespoke security training and targeted awareness activity
Lead monthly technical reviews with the SOC and challenge service quality and control effectiveness
Advise Technology and business teams on security risks and escalate material issues to the Head of Enterprise Security

Calculate wind-uplift design pressures based on project specifics.
Understand and apply 3rd party test reports for Tremco systems for specifications
