As a Care Team Leader / Residential Support Worker, you will provide therapeutic support to children, promoting their physical, emotional, and social development.
You will be responsible for:
* Leading a small care team to deliver high-quality, child-centred support.
* Overseeing risk assessments, behaviour plans, and individual care planning.
* Supporting the ongoing professional development of junior staff.
* Liaising with professionals from external agencies and local authorities.

* Knowledge of child-centred care, including the impact of trauma, attachment, and the importance of routine, boundaries, and consistency.
* Enhanced DBS check.
