The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate tenders, carrying out take-offs from drawings, managing project costs, and supporting the commercial delivery of roofing projects.Key Responsibilities
Producing detailed estimates and tender submissions for pitched and flat roofing projects.Carrying out material take-offs from drawings and specifications using estimating software.Reviewing tender documentation, specifications, and construction drawings.Preparing bills of quantities and pricing schedules.Obtaining and analysing supplier and subcontractor quotations.Managing project costs and valuations throughout the lifecycle of projects.Identifying variations and preparing associated quotations.Liaising with clients, suppliers, contracts managers, and site teams.Assisting with procurement and commercial reporting.Supporting the preparation of final accounts.
