We are currently seeking a CIVIL & DRAINAGE ENGINEER to join our client based in Hull.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing firm of consulting engineers who offer the right candidates interesting projects to work on and good prospects for promotion.
You will help to design, develop and deliver solutions in civil engineering, drainage, Sustainable Urban Drainage Systems, external works and also for paving making sure that your work ensures compliance with the relevant industry regulations and current environmental standards.
Projects are varied and will include work for schools and colleges, offices, residential, industrial, petrochemical and energy.

THE CANDIDATE
You will need to have experience of the following:-
You must have a BSc in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering and ideally have an MSc in Civil or Structural Engineering would be useful although not essential.
You should have around three years experience or more with a firm of civil / structural consulting engineers.
You are likely to either be working towards becoming chartered or be keen to work towards chartership.
You should have experience in designing and detailing of drainage systems and external works.
Experience of producing technical documentation to include Flood Risk Assessments and for Drainage Impact Assessments.
You need experience of doing on-site assessments as required.
Experience of report writing to support planning applications and project delivery.
You should have used Autodesk AutoCAD Civil 3D and Autodesk InfoDrainage (MicroDrainage) and ideally you will also be familiar with Site3D.
You will report to a Senior or Principal Engineer.
You must have worked in the UK for another firm of consulting engineers and have excellent knowledge and experience of using UK codes and regulations.
A full UK driving licence is required along with your own vehicle to enable you to attend meetings and get to sites, some of which may be fairly remote.

We are currently looking for a motivated, professional, and flexible individual able to work 5 days a week, Monday to Friday day shifts, within a small stock count team, counting our Pharmacy Clients.
In this role, you are required to accurately count stock for Retail & Asset Solutions in various high street Pharmacies, this role is extremely important to ensure pharmacies are fully stocked with the medication required for local Doctors and Hospitals.
Please note all training is provided upon your first shift.
Previous stock, audit or retail experience is advantageous but not essential.

Partner cross-functionally with R&D, Operations, Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance to bring innovation concepts to market, ensuring strong consumer relevance, commercial viability, and flawless execution.
Conduct regular product line evaluations to strengthen margin, and velocity.

Oversee brand P&L to drive profitable, sustainable growth.
Manage brand budget and ensure strong ROI across marketing investments.
Partner with cross functional team to forecast sales, margin, and promotional needs.

Cross-Functional Leadership
Act as the hub for project teams, driving alignment, timelines, and decision-making.
Influence Sales, R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, and Executive Leadership.
Present strategies, updates, and recommendations with clear storytelling and executive presence to internal and external audiences.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
10+ years of progressive brand management experience, preferably within CPG or a fast-paced growth brand, with a strong track record of building and scaling brands.
Demonstrated expertise in social and digital marketing, including brand content strategy, influencer marketing, performance media, ecommerce activation, and using digital analytics to optimize investment and impact.
Proven ability to translate data, consumer insights, and market trends into brand strategy, innovation pipelines, and actionable growth plans.
Demonstrated experience managing budgets, forecasts, and P&L components.
Exceptional communication, cross-functional leadership, and storytelling skills.
Bias for action, creative problem solving, and a "hands-on" entrepreneurial mindset.
Demonstrable experience developing and commercializing product innovation, from consumer need identification and concept development through launch execution and post-launch optimization.
