WTI Commercial Façade Foreman
The WTI Commercial Façade Foreman is responsible for the oversite and performance of safety, efficiency, and quality of the WTI Commercial Building Envelope business.
Safety is our number one priority and will be embedded into every discussion, meeting, and project.
As the clear and established leader of the WTI crew, the WTI Foreman is focused on safety, crew management and efficient execution of all WTI Projects assigned to them.
Travel will be required.
It is the responsibility of the WTI Commercial Foreman to deliver timely and the highest quality service to all our WTI customers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Actively administers and enforces Company safety policy and program to minimize accidents affecting employees, the public, and property.
This includes responsibility for conducting safety meetings, complying with governmental regulations, reporting and investigating accidents, and planning site-specific job safety procedures including: Conduct the daily onsite safety brief prior to the start of the WTI project with all onsite project personnel (Sales Rep, Customer, WTI Supt & Crew, Etc) Inspect and ensure safety of surroundings, equipment and tools and identify and discuss any safety concerns.
Complete the Daily Hazard Analysis form and submit to the Supervisors as applicable. Ensure all project communication is completed prior to the start of any WTI project.
This includes but is not limited to communication with: Sales Rep on weekly/daily schedule WTI crew members to discuss scope of work and daily tasks The customer prior to arrival, upon arrival, and upon completion of daily work WTI Supervisor on safety, schedule changes, project and crew updates, etc Efficient project management to include managing crew start and end times, production rates, ensuring tools and materials are available to safely and efficiently completing the assigned project. Complete the project per the scope or work, design, and specification of contract and engineering documents.
Complete an end of day and/or end of project walk through to ensure quality repairs and address any items prior to leaving the job site.
Before and after pictures will be sent to the Sales Rep and information will be included in daily project status reports.
These items will include, detailed work performed updates, materials consumed, and supplies purchases are all recording daily.
Supervises, directs, and coordinates the scheduling and execution of projects in assigned areas.
This responsibility includes job start-up, job execution in accordance with contract specifications, job shutdown, and manpower scheduling, all consistent with the planned costs of the job. Manages field personnel, including, but not limited to, recruiting, hiring, training, motivating, and retaining the quality and number of production personnel needed to meet operating demands.
This responsibility also includes laying off personnel, disciplinary action, employee assistance, and handling union matters relative to employees.
Ensure that all WTI Field Labor will have a professional appearance and customer interaction while completing services for a customer. Responsible for the tracking and monitoring project inventory. Maintains highest quality on-site customer relations in projecting positive image. Has knowledge/understanding and assures assigned projects comply with all governmental rules and regulations affecting work sites and employees, i.e., OSHA, DOT, EEO/Affirmative Action, EPA, Wage and Hour, etc. Manage, monitor, and document performance of WTI Commercial Field Labor and take appropriate steps or corrective measures to resolve employee and work-related issues.
Consult with WTI Commercial Supervisor and Human Resources as needed. Contributes to operations by supplying accurate and timely job information, including daily job logs, job file documentation, and compiling information for billing the customer. Provides management with earliest possible notification of real and potential job problems. Accepts responsibility for the care, custody, and purchasing of company equipment, material, tools, and other assets as assigned by the WTI Commercial Supervisor. Trains employees in proper material and equipment usage, maintenance, and storage. Coordinates and monitors performance of on-site subcontractors, where appropriate. Perform any other duty and/or project as required or assigned by the WTI Supervisor and/or Commercial Business Manager. Maintains ethical business conduc
EXPERIENCE:
5+ years progressive experience in a similar role to include leading teams and technical solutions, training, troubleshooting, etc.
Must be thoroughly familiar with standard façade construction including masonry, EIFS, Stucco, Curtainwall, metal panels, concrete, plaster, and other forms of facade systems and how to properly repair them using Tremco CPG Materials. The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $71,000 and $90,000.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
This position performs diagnostic various onsite inspections for customers as well as other inspection services
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform/assist with diagnostic roof inspections, including Infrared, Nuclear, visual, & other inspection services, along with related information gathering and verification tasks.
Work with Lead Diagnostics Technician Collaborate with other Field Supervisors as necessary. Assist with the Quality Control (QC) process of all diagnostic jobs, including the proper documentation, to ensure that all work was completed properly and that the customer was fully satisfied. Conduct and foster professional and timely communication (via email, voicemail, in person) with the customers, sales reps, field staff, and internal company personnel on all diagnostic related matters. Serve as a contact for the office personnel if there are any problems concerning a diagnostic issue. Project a professional appearance and demeanor at all times while completing services for a customer. In conjunction with the Manager of Diagnostic Services, assist in the training of other field personnel on diagnostic tools, techniques, processes, etc. Proper completion of all services and related paperwork. We are seeking experienced Commercial Roofers to join our team.
The skilled Commercial Roofers will be responsible for the maintenance, repairs, and installation of commercial roofing systems.
$20-$33/hour (not including prevailing wage)

Position Duties & Responsibilities:
Installation of different types of roofing systems such as BUR, EPDM, Single-ply, coatings, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems Safe operation of tools of the trade (hand tools, power tools etc.) Follow OSHA regulations and other regulatory agencies relating to job site safety, demonstrates safe work practices. Work outside in a wide variety of weather conditions and to meet the physical demands of the position, including mobility needed to complete tasks. Climbing and operating on ladders, able to handle at least 50 lbs. Effective communication with foremen, supervisors, and other WTI and Tremco employees

Commercial Roofing: All levels; at least 1 year preferred Reliable form of transportation Acceptable background check per company standards Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical The hourly rate for applicants in this position generally ranges between $20 and $33.

General Purpose of the Position: You will promote and sell the Euclid Chemical Company to owners and design professionals in your assigned territory, including Texas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana.

Major Responsibilities will include:
Working directly with owners and design professionals Promoting Euclid Chemical through properly written specifications Providing technical presentations to small and large groups Participating in National Organizations, including ACI, ICRI, etc. Working directly with local sales teams to help promote sales of Euclid products.
Working directly with other representatives of the Business Development Team.
Reporting on area activities and specification successes.
Education and Experience:
Bachelors' degree (P.E.
Civil / Structural preferred) 3+ years of experience calling on architectural / engineering firms regarding construction and concrete repair products. Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office including advanced PowerPoint and Excel Experience with design and implementation of business development strategies.

Position: Utility Technician Position Summary: Responsible for production and compliance assigned duties.
This includes but is not limited to batch and process manufacturing, compliance responsibilities, inventory control, bulk material handling, and packaging. Specific Requirements: 1.
Works with Production Supervisors, Process Technicians, other Utility, and the Corporate Compliance Manager in the safe handling of the equipment and chemical intermediates in both storage and use in production. 2.
Understand and demonstrate compliance with HMIS, SDS's, HAZCOM, General Safety, HAZWASTE, LO/TO, PSM, PPE protocol, and proper housekeeping. 3.
Management of Waste Water including: monitor and reporting of tank volumes, compliant and effective loading of the outbound water trailers, sampling tanks and trailers, neutralization when necessary, and weight tickets for outbound trailers. 4.
Management of Storm Water including: Monitor and reporting of storm water in containment areas and reporting to Corporate Compliance Manager, Sampling Storm Water and logging samples into laboratory, compliant and effective discharge of the Storm Water, and completing the cycle of required documentation including the Storm Water checklist back to Corporate Compliance Manager. 5.
Housekeeping Specific assigned areas and duties. 6.
Maintain hazardous waste satellite and accumulations areas such that they are compliant with all regulations, including monitoring containment pallets and emptying via proper disposal when necessary as well as respective Satellite and Accumulation Area checklists for compliance.
