JOB DESCRIPTION
General Purpose of Job:
The QA Technical Service Rep is responsible for the timely delivery of services related to the quality assurance of Tremco's installed roofing systems within their respective region.
Duties/Responsibilities, Core knowledge:
Lead Technician performing roof patch and repair as necessary and determined by the Quality Assurance Group on Tremco Incorporated roof systems (BUR, Modified Bitumen, Single Ply, Fluid Applied, etc.). Estimate material and labor quantities for roof patch and repair. Perform Job Site Inspections as they relate to quality assurance and/or adjustment work. Perform detailed roof inspections to diagnose and troubleshoot issues and/or concerns. Work with local WTI Field Representatives and/or Supervisors as required or necessary. Provide accurate and timely documentation to ensure that all work is completed properly and that the customer is fully satisfied.
Conduct and foster professional and timely communication (via email, voicemail, or in person) with the customers, sales reps, field staff, and internal company personnel on all work-related matters. Demonstrate working knowledge of all services provided. Perform any other duty and/or project as required or assigned by the QA Assurance Group.
Skills, Qualifications, Experience, Special Physical Requirements:
High school diploma or GED Prior supervisory skills and ability to manage people and tasks Prior roofing experience, including patch and repair skills Knowledge and ability to use basic tools associated with commercial roofing Knowledge and experience in monitoring and maintaining Quality Control Functional computer skills Safety training and OSHA knowledge with a commitment to safety at all times Understanding and ability to manage expenses Planning and organizational skills.
Able to juggle multiple priorities and demonstrate good task management Work independently, as well as in a team environment, to solve problems and delegate assignments Excellent customer service skills and ability to build relationships Ability to climb up and down interior/exterior ladders to access roofs (minimum of 20 ft) and carry basic hand tools, equipment and/or material up to approx.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Construction Management Associate is responsible for assisting the Construction Manager in all aspects associated with a construction-related project.
This will include but is not limited to, General Contracting projects, larger-scale Contracting Patch and Repair Projects, TremCares, etc.
This will involve working with the Construction Manager, Project Superintendent, or WTI Technician assigned to the project to ensure the project is effectively executed and completed safely and all contractual obligations are adhered to.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for contributing to and validating proposals and specifications.
Conceptual Phase (specification development, establishment of milestone dates) Program Planning Phase Design Phase Conduct Pre-Proposal Meetings Proposal Phase Construction Phase Conduct pre-construction Effective Close-out Cost Estimates and schedules Use of ebuilder for all project documentation per policy manual. Assist the Construction Manager in tracking project costs, budget variances, and profitability. Accountable for Quality Assurance. Ensure the subcontractor has submitted the required documents. Establish timelines and goals. Manage key metrics and report as required. Coordinate with Program Managers, Project Administrators, Project Estimators, Specification Writers, Sales Representatives, and RBM when needed. Assist in the review of submitted proposals and contractor interviews for specification and contractual compliance. Review of line-item generated proposal documents. Construction Stage: Review Daily Inspection Forms and ensure they are distributed to all applicable parties and uploaded into project files. Maintain Project Schedule and update on a weekly basis. Perform site audits as appropriate. Review subcontractor payment requests with the Construction Manager. Assemble AIA billing applications for the Construction Manager's review and approval. Assist the Construction Manager, Project Superintendent, Subcontractor, Owner, or Sales Representative as needed. Close Out Stage: Assist the Construction Manager in coordinating the final inspection. Ensure all required documents are uploaded into the project files. R&D Scientist position for the Analytical and Physical Chemistry team requires strong technical knowledge with experience in the practical application of Rheology and Dynamic Mechanical Analysis to coatings.
Innovation and experience in analysis of coatings or resins, is desired.
This position provides leadership to internal research, and development, product development, and synthesis.
The candidate must also possess demonstrated competencies and experiences in project management, documentation, and communication.
Technology Knowledge:
Experience with viscoelastic or rheology theory and application.

The Divisional Inspection/Warranty Administration Manager should be a very detail-oriented and organized professional who can lead a team through changes in operating procedures and contribute to a culture of teamwork and quality.
The Divisional Inspection/Warranty Administration Manager will work to achieve continuous improvement initiatives and promote inspection quality throughout their respective division.
This position will report directly to the Director of Inspections and Warranty.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for all WTI inspection services, warranties, and leak call administration within a specified division (Eastern US, Central US, or Western US & Canada).
These divisions include multiple WTI operating regions and cover approx.
15-20 states per division. This position will have direct supervision over a team of 5+ administrative/scheduling personnel and be required to work with multiple different internal WTI departments and personnel including but not limited to Regional Business Managers, Divisional Directors, National Account Business Managers, Program Managers, Sales Representatives, WTI field employees, WTI Business Operations Administration, etc.
This individual should be comfortable leading a team of people and understand the basic principles of change management.
This individual needs to have critical thinking skills and the ability to identify broken items and have a vision of continuous improvement. This individual should be comfortable managing big data and utilizing/understanding tools to help interpret this data (Smartsheet, Excel, etc.) This individual should be comfortable developing and giving presentations for training purposes and reporting to management monthly or as requested.
This individual will have overall responsibility for tracking and managing turnaround times within your division, inspection pricing reviews (new and renewal), past due inspections, inspection margin reviews, leak call backlogs, and warranty backlogs. Responsible for communicating any price book, commission changes, etc.

Effectively field system issues from direct reports and/or WTI field team and communicate those effectively and precisely over to the Systems Director/Team for continuous improvement. Identify resource or employee concerns and act timely to resolve and engage appropriate HR or WTI management.
Ensure documentation on employee issues is prompt and submitted to HR.
Establish, define, and communicate a clear strategic direction and targets for goal attainment for the team. Maintains a high level of customer service by quick and accurate responses to inquiries. Act as an agent of change and improvement and adapt quickly to changing business priorities. Identify process gaps or areas for process improvement. Implement and communicate customer contract requirements where applicable. This is a newly created position that will be instrumental in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures, standard reporting, analytics, training team members, etc. This individual will be responsible for managing the payment problems file and working toward payment resolution with the Tremco credit department on all past-due invoices related to inspections, warranties, and leak calls within your division.

This role provides the opportunity to drive assigned brands in the consumer cleaning segment with an emphasis on Mold & Mildew category.

This position is part of the Cleaners platform and reports to Director, Product Management.
Responsibilities
Subject Matter Expertise
Deep understanding of the consumer, category, product and emerging trends within Mold & Mildew category Experience with EPA registered products Familiarity with eCommerce and online merchandising a plus
Brand Branding & Go-To-Market Strategy
Drive commercialization and brand activation efforts working with cross-functional departments, including Communications and Trade.
Partner with Insights team on market research and Category Management, available category reports to monitor competitive activity Partner with Strategic Communications & Demand Generation to develop brand-building, digital-first marketing campaigns Work closely with Sales team to align customer strategies Work closely with platform Digital Hub on Social Strategy to build assigned brand
Product Portfolio Management & New Product Development
Own current brand performance and actionable 1-3 year business plan Manage product line performance analysis, trends, insights and feedback to identify opportunities to promote and grow a winning brand portfolio Build business cases including market opportunity, investments, profitability and growth projections Manage new product launches through stage gate process Collaborate with the Pricing team to create and maintain the pricing strategy for the product, aiming at maximizing profitability while staying market competitive Lead insight-driven innovation to improve product range, collaborating with R&D, Operations, Sales, etc to ensure alignment with the brand strategy
Qualifications
Education: 4-year BS degree in business or engineering, with an MBA degree an advantage
Experience: 5+ years of experience in brand management with product management experience in innovation/new product development; 3+ years of which spent in Cleaners category
A successful track record of driving profitable growth
Analytic and strategic thinking, with ability to digest complex information and make data-driven decisions
Strong financial acumen to analyze multiple aspects of product line performance, can successfully budget and forecast, and understand cost implications of decisions
Ability to influence both formally and informally across functions
Creative thinking and solution-oriented mindset

Under general supervision, the Manufacturing Engineer (MfgE) I/II/Senior is responsible for developing, implementing, directing and coordinating manufacturing materials and processes to achieve the most efficient, cost effective and high-quality production possible in a safe and environmentally responsible manner.

Strong SolidWorks design and drawing package skills that meet project deadlines and internal/external customer needs. Demonstrated team leadership with strong communication skills. This level requires the following certifications: SolidWorks CAD Design Professional (CSWP) Manufacturing Engineer II perform broader range of duties, proven skillset to fully perform Manufacturing Engineer responsibilities, more technically complex tasks, expected to set an example of professional efficiency, and provide technical direction to less experienced staff.

Proven leadership ability to lead groups through the implementation of a new product and/or process change. Strong design skills in tooling/fixturing/jigs for production. Understanding and deployment of Design of Experiments methodologies to uncover optimum processing conditions. Excellent analytical skills in the areas of process efficiency to focus efforts on "bottle neck" elimination and develop justification for capital improvements. This level requires the following certifications: Design of Experiments SolidWorks Administration PDM (CPAP) Senior Manufacturing Engineer perform broader skilled work and specialize in one trade or craft but perform work in a variety of disciplines.
The Senior Manufacturing Engineer receives minimal instruction or assistance and is fully aware of the operating procedures and policies associated with the department.
