The Dryer Loader is responsible for processing Tremco Sealants and/or Roofing products by carefully reading and following the process order card.
The dryer loader must ensure the work area is ready for production including collecting and preparing safety and raw materials and keeping plant processes moving forward by ensuring areas are well stocked and ready for use.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Read processing instructions to accurately add raw materials to production equipment in a timely manner and in accordance with prescribed materials. Use appropriate scales or measurement devices to add materials to dryers as specified by batch process order. Monitor control settings and make necessary adjustments on equipment. Accurately record production and downtime via written documentation. Routinely meet or exceed production output rates per standards.
Produce product according to tolerances and specifications.
Perform routine inspections per quality standards.
Read and interpret production instructions.
Maintain accurate paperwork.
Cross-train on other production functions to provide assistance as business need dictates.
Clean and maintain assigned area to ensure proper functionality.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Filler/Packager is responsible to fill product using at least one of the different types of packaging machines.
The operator will organize the area, collect materials such as pails, cans, cartridges or films, and set up the filling and packaging equipment.
Responsibilities include gathering required labels and casing materials.
Production Order card must be read and followed exactly as to correct packaging including labeling of cans and cases, etc.
Operator is responsible to report correct counts of production for the shift and report downtime information.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Neatly assemble and place all required materials from the fill card to be used in their appropriate location throughout the shift. Read and follow filling procedures to package material into cartridges, chubs, or one, two and five-gallon units. Follow and meet the established production schedules. Properly use the filling equipment and maintain cleanliness of the work area following written standard operating procedures. Assist in the waste segregation and recycling program. Communicate written and verbal information between the Foreman and Production Manager. Use appropriate safety equipment and follow established safety regulations. Track progress throughout assigned shift by completing overall equipment effectiveness documents.
EDUCATION:

EXPERIENCE:

Summary: The Coatings & Adhesives Technician Level I is a key role within the Construction Products Group, responsible for conducting laboratory tests, including chemical, physical, and engineering assessments of experimental products and competitive materials.
Under the direct supervision of the Technical Manager, the technician will assist in the development of new products, improve existing products, and provide data analysis to support the division's product line.

Responsibilities:
Lab Setup and Testing: Set up and operate laboratory equipment and instrumentation for various tests, research, and process control.
Conduct Tests: Perform chemical, physical, and engineering tests on experimental formulas, competitive products, and raw materials to assess their properties (e.g., sealers, joint fillers, adhesives, coatings).
Documentation and Reporting: Accurately document test results and maintain lab books, including completing and processing necessary paperwork and records.
Product Preparation: Prepare experimental products based on standardized formulas or experimental procedures.
Data Analysis: Analyze test data to evaluate physical, chemical, and engineering properties of products.
Technical Support: Provide verbal and written technical support to the sales team and customers, offering product recommendations, specifications, and guidance on product usage.

Must be able to read and understand recording instruments, pressure gauges, scales, flow meters, panel lights, and other indicators to verify the conformity of process conditions.

Order as needed. Run vacuum hoses in Plant #2 in designated areas. Do whatever cleaning inside or outside that is required. Maintain a clean work area. Safely operate all equipment associated with a given process.
Use prescribed safety equipment, when performing duties. Communicate any variations/problems to appropriate Management Personnel.

Summary: We are seeking a dedicated EHS Specialist to join our team, responsible for ensuring compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations across our facilities.
The ideal candidate will implement our EHS management system, address safety and environmental challenges, and foster a culture of safety within the organization.
This role involves collaborating with various departments to enhance our EHS programs, maintain regulatory compliance, and promote safe work practices.
Responsibilities:
Assist with the implementation of the EHS management system and provide technical assistance to facilities to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.
Identify, design, and execute EHS-related projects to address safety and environmental challenges, taking charge of corrective actions for any EHS concerns that arise.
Maintain health and safety programs and training materials; coordinate and conduct training sessions for employees.
Compile and analyze data for submission related to environmental permits (air, water & hazardous waste), safety statistics, and corporate EHS submissions.
Develop, review, and release Safety Data Sheets (SDSs) and Label Guides as part of maintaining the North American Chemical Management System.
Collaborate with the marketing department to ensure product labels and technical data sheets comply with various regulations; review and approve all labels prior to release.
Keep abreast of changing laws and regulations that may impact the business and communicate relevant updates to stakeholders.
Experience, Education and Qualifications:
Four (4) or more years of experience in Environmental, Health, and Safety regulatory compliance.
Working knowledge of USDOT, IMDG, IATA, and Canadian TDG regulations.
Familiarity with SAP or other integrated IT/EMS systems.
Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with upper and mid-management as well as hourly workforce.
Undergraduate degree in an EHS-related program.
Background or experience in the chemical industry with a solid understanding of chemistry and chemical reactions.
Self-directed and independent, yet able to work effectively within teams.
Ability to learn new regulations and concepts quickly and apply them to manufacturing operations.
Maintain appropriate professional certifications, licenses, and registrations.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business enterprise systems (SAP preferred).
Willingness to travel domestically, with potential for international travel.
