The Role of the Contractors Manager
The role of the Contractor Manager is managing multiple projects and working closely with various teams, like sales, contractors, and clients.
You will require strong organisational and communication skills, ensuring the smooth running of the contracts.
Travelling to sites when required.
Manager the projects mainly within roofing refurbishment.
Communication with all parties is paramount.?
Must live within the Southwest, this role will be Hybrid after a 12-week training programme.

Applications are invited from suitably qualified Consultant Histopathologists for a full time NHS post for the Department of Diagnostic and Molecular Pathology based in beautiful Truro, Cornwall.The laboratory is a designated centre for many Cancer sites and has full UKAS Accreditation.
Receiving over 35,000 Histology, approximately 1,600 Diagnostic Cytology and 900 autopsy requests during 2023 and performing a wide range of molecular techniques.
Applicants from both specialised and more generalised backgrounds will be considered, but an interest in GI &/or dermatopathology would be preferable.The plan is to install & implement digital Histopathology in 2025You will:Undertake Molecular automated PCR for theranostic work (e.g Idylla BRAF) and tumour expression analysis (e.g ALK in lung carcinoma) Provide an EUS and EBUS rapid onsite evaluation service for pancreatic, lung, adrenal & head/neckProvide Pathology support for Bowel Cancer Screening programme including age expansion and Bowel Scope ScreeningWork collaboratively with neighbouring hospitals which includes the procurement of an end-to-end digital Histopathology solution, which will connect all 5 Trusts within the region, facilitating the sharing of cases, MDT discussion & expert 2nd opinion.

We are looking for a Social Worker to join our Children's Looked After Team
This role requires a Social Work Qualification with a minimum of 3 years post qualified experience in Frontline and Children Looked After work.
About the team
The team consists of a small group of social workers that report to a senior practitioner.
Their work includes assessment, care planning, and permanency planning for children and young people, both of whom are in care proceedings, as well as children who are looked after following final court orders.
They are responsible for progressing work within the statutory framework for Looked After Children, which involves ensuring Looked After Children reviews, personal education planning meetings, and Looked After Children medicals are progressed within statutory timescales.
Sometimes the team works with a cohort of unaccompanied asylum-seeking children and will be expected to take part in age assessments in their respect.
*Please note that the following opportunity is a Locum contract with a minimum duration of 3 months.
About you
Knowledge and experience working within a Frontline Team such as Child Protection or Referral and Assessment is essential for this role.
You will need to hold a degree within Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) as well as 3 years post qualifying experience.

We are looking for a Social Worker to join our Safeguarding Team.
This role requires a Social Work Qualification with a minimum of 3 years post qualified experience.
About the team
The team are responsible for the first point of intervention for service users and their respective carers following a referral.
Completing short-term assessments managing cases under CPA, developing co-produced care plans with service users are some of the key responsibilities in this team.
The team works cohesively with the longer-term teams to make sure each case that needs to be escalated is effectively managed.
The team works hard to support not only the service users to improve their independence where possible - but also their careers and families to ensure the wider support network is effective.
About you
The ideal Social Worker will be able to manage time effectively to prioritise their workload as well as have good interpersonal skills.
Experience working with adults with psychosis and the ability to able to engage with service users from diverse backgrounds is key to the success of the role.
