As the Deputy Manager your key responsibilities include:
Alongside the Home Manager, you will manage and have responsibility for all aspects of the service in line with CQC requirements
You will ensure the service users are receiving the highest standards of professional support experiencing life opportunities helping to promote growth and independence
The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
Previous Deputy Home Manager experience
The ability to engage with the service users to understand their needs in order to provide excellent services of care
Good working knowledge of CQC standards
The ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships with external care professionals/ families/ visitors and staffing teams
Promote ownership of care programs by fully involving service users and their families in developing/ agreeing and evaluating care programs within the home
The successful Deputy Manager will receive an excellent annual salary of £55,000 per annum.
This exciting position is a permanent full time role working 40 hours a week from 9am to 5pm.

As a Quality Inspector, youll take responsibility for ensuring every precision-machined component meets the highest aerospace/defence standards.
This is a practical, hands-on position where accuracy, consistency and a commitment to quality are at the centre of everything you do.
Youll join a skilled engineering team producing complex components for aerospace and defence projects.
The Quality Inspector plays a key role in maintaining AS9100 standards, supporting production and ensuring products are delivered to specification every time.
What youll be doing
- Carrying out first-off, in-process and final inspections as a key Quality Inspector within the team
- Using CMM and manual inspection equipment to check components against engineering drawings
- Producing and maintaining First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs) and relevant quality records
- Supporting the Non-Conformance process and assisting in corrective action activities
- Liaising with customers and engineers to resolve inspection or quality issues promptly
- Assisting with internal audits and maintaining AS9100 compliance
- Monitoring quality performance and providing feedback to production and management
About you
- Experienced Quality Inspector from an aerospace, defence or precision-engineering environment
- Confident with both CMM and traditional inspection methods
- Strong understanding of AS9100 and FAIR documentation
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- A Quality Inspector who enjoys working closely with engineers, machinists and customers to achieve high standards

As an Independent Stock Counter, you will be required to drive independently to each shift.

The Role
We are looking for Retail stock counters to add to our already successful team.
Employment will be carried out on different retail customer sites and stores and travel will vary on a shift-by-shift basis.
Certain locations will have minibus transport provided free of charge..
You will be responsible for ensuring stock is counted quickly and accurately using a handheld scanner.
Being able to stand for prolonged periods of time is needed for the role and access equipment may have to be used on occasion to reach high stock
Key Skills/ Experience Required
Due to the nature of our work, you must be able to work unsociable hours including early mornings and during the night when required.
As a result, we can only accept applicants 18 years and over
You must have a full Driving License.
You must have a ‘can do' attitude and be able to work long shifts where required on large counts.
With our innovative business, the technology changes and therefore being a quick learner is a key skill required.
Any experience of handling stock is an advantage but not a necessity.
