The team's primary purpose is to receive, screen, and assess referrals to determine the level of need and the most suitable service response.
This includes safeguarding assessments, early help coordination, and connecting individuals to community-based resources or specialist services.
About you
A degree within social work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of 3 years' post qualified experience is essential in order to be considered for this role.
A valid UK driving license and vehicle is not essential to the success of this role but will help.
