About the role and school
We are seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming mainstream primary school in North London from September 2026.
This SEN Teaching Assistant role will involve supporting a small group of KS2 students with Autism (ASD).
The successful SEN Teacher Assistant will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to provide consistent, personalised support and help students access learning in a positive and structured environment.
You will play an key role in supporting pupils' behaviour, confidence, communication and independence.
This SEN Teaching Assistant position would suit someone with the relevant experience working in a similar role within the UK education sector who is confident supporting pupils with ASD.
Job Responsibilities
Provide 1:1 and small-group support to autistic pupils, helping them access learning and participate in lessons
Support communication and interaction using visual aids, communication systems and clear, structured instructions
Assist pupils with sensory needs and emotional regulation, including anxiety, distress, transitions and changes to routine
Support the implementation of EHCP targets, personalised learning plans and individual interventions
Promote independence, confidence and social development, encouraging pupils to develop learning and life skills
Work closely with the class teacher, SENCO, parents and other professionals to provide consistent and effective support
Qualifications/Experience
Relevant experience working in a similar SEN Teaching Assistant role within the UK education sector is essential
Strong communication and behaviour management skills
Previous experience supporting pupils with ASD is highly desirable
Valid Enhanced DBS Certificate on the Update Service is essential
Right to work in the UK

A well established wealth and asset management group is looking for a Senior Financial Accountant to take ownership of the numbers across the group.
The business has grown quickly, both organically and by acquisition, and now runs a portfolio of trading entities across the UK and offshore.
This role sits at the centre of that, reporting to the Group Finance Manager and deputising for them, and it is a genuine step up for someone who wants more scale and more responsibility than their current seat offers.

What you will be doing
Own the monthly consolidated reporting pack and make sure every subsidiary reports in line with group accounting policyPrepare, analyse and review the group consolidation under UK GAAP, including intercompany, elimination entries and foreign currency translationReview and challenge the balance sheet reconciliations and submissions prepared by the wider finance teamOwn the consolidated statutory accounts and the subsidiary accounts, and ensure full compliance with FRS 102Lead year end planning and act as the main point of contact for the external auditors across the groupLead the financial accounting side of acquisition integrations, including fair value adjustments, goodwill and the consolidation of acquired balancesOwn quarterly group VAT reporting and support other statutory and regulatory returnsLine manage and develop junior members of the finance team, reviewing their work and building the technical knowledge in the team
What we are looking for
Fully qualified accountant, ACA, ACCA or CIMA, with post qualification experience.
Finalists with strong group reporting exposure will also be consideredProven experience preparing and reviewing consolidated and statutory accounts under UK GAAP and FRS 102Experience managing an external audit process from planning through to sign offConfident reviewing the work of others, with experience mentoring or line managing junior colleaguesStrong Excel, and exposure to a modern cloud finance system such as NetSuite would be an advantageComfortable working across multiple entities and communicating with senior stakeholders inside and outside the business
