About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Technical Sales engineer to join a growing international business specialising in innovative UVC disinfection and UV-C technology.
Based in Luton with hybrid working, you will be responsible for developing and growing the customer base across UK and Ireland, identifying new business opportunities and managing key customer relationships.

Monitor market trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities within the UVC disinfection, hygiene and industrial technology sectors.
Travel regularly throughout the US and Latin America to meet customers, attend industry events and support business development activities.
About You
We are looking for a confident and motivated Technical Sales engineer, Industrial Sales Manager, Business Development Manager or Sales Engineer with experience selling technical or industrial products.
You will have strong commercial and communication skills, with the ability to understand and explain complex technical products to customers.
Experience within the food and beverage industry or a basic understanding of microbiology would be highly advantageous.
Experience selling UVC/UV-C disinfection systems, hygiene technology, industrial equipment, water treatment, HVAC solutions or related technical products would be beneficial, although full product training will be provided.
You will be self-motivated, organised and comfortable working independently while collaborating with technical and product teams.

Duties will include the following:
De-merchandising and remerchandising to planograms, cleaning the fixture where required.
