As a team of 2 you will be travelling to various locations in and around your area (sometimes further afield) depending on the need of the client.
You will be met on site by a lorry or van and will offload kitchens on site.
(You will be given training on your first week)

Pay: Driver £110 Per Day / Labourer £100 Per Day (Self employed and paid by the client)
Mileage: Paid 25p per mile
Working Hours: Average 6hrs, this will vary from day to day (some days will only work a couple of hours but will always be paid full day rate)

This role is designed for a dedicated Therapeutic Practitioner who will work collaboratively between the companies Therapeutic Services and their Residential Children's Homes.
As part of a multi-disciplinary team, the practitioner will be instrumental in training staff in therapeutic practices, ensuring the best outcomes for children and young people in care.
Work Hours: Four day working week from 09:00 to 17:00 and one shift from 12:00 to 20:00 per week

Key Responsibilities
Deliver training to staff on therapeutic practices to foster a supportive environment for children and young people.
Work effectively with various stakeholders to support the holistic development of the children and young people.
Be prepared to travel for work up to four times per year.
Required Experience and Skills
Expertise in working with children and young people, including both verbal and non-verbal individuals.
At least two years of hands-on experience in the Child in Care Sector is essential.
A strong understanding of Complex and Developmental Trauma.
Evidence of therapeutic training or qualifications, including those in progress.

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, are crucial, with proficiency in English
