GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Production Assembler performs assigned tasks that include, but are not limited to, producing architectural shapes, EIFS wall components, and exterior panel systems.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Follows the daily production schedule set by the Production Supervisor.
Hand applies adhesive mesh to parts.
Mixes base coats and finishes with an electric drill and paddle.
Works as part of a team to run parts through extrusion equipment.
Assembles and pours mold for cast stone.
Trims parts with cutting equipment.
Assists in building custom crates based on project specifications.
Prepares and organizes parts for shipment.
Assists with shipping and receiving.
Follows all safety requirements.
Cleans equipment after use and assists the team with keeping production space clean and organized.
Assists with monthly inventory counts.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
No formal educational requirement.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
No prior experience or training.

BENEFITS AND COMPENSATION:

Job Description
The Facilities Technician is responsible for the infrastructure, safety, and support systems of the Greensboro Innovation Center.
This includes ensuring all mechanical, electrical, and air handling systems are safe and operational to support building activities.
This position is responsible for leading the safety and housekeeping program and is the primary point of contact with other internal functions within the building to ensure the safety and productivity of the personnel from a facility support standpoint.
Main Responsibilities
Plan and supervise maintenance support and repair of building mechanical, electrical, and air handling systems, as well as laboratory equipment.
This includes performing routine maintenance, overseeing contractors, and managing capital projects.
Lead facility safety and compliance programs in conjunction with other functional leaders.
Responsible for the overall safety of the site, including maintaining hazardous chemical/material disposal compliance, safe operation of equipment including lock out/tag out compliance, site security/access, overall housekeeping compliance, and safety training.
Ensure compliance to all recordkeeping and documentation requirements supporting environmental, safety, contractor, capital project, or other facility related activities.
Oversee and manage projects of varying complexity levels by managing to required timelines and milestones.
Key Qualifications

The team work in partnership with disabled adults to understand and support them in what they need.
In this team they also promote independence for the adults whilst protecting them.
The team of social workers, work alongside the social managers and clinical leads and complete face to face visits.
Completing care act assessments, mental capacity assessments and community DOL assessments are all part of the role.
The team work within the Care Act 2014 at all times and work in a strengths based way.
About you
A degree within Social Work (Degree, DipSW, CQSW) with a minimum of 3 years' experience is required to be deemed suitable for this role.
The ability to complete Mental Capacity and /or Best Interest Assessments, eligibility assessments and relevant documents for the community DOL is important.
You would need to ensure that the requirements of the MCA 2005 are met and that the service users' rights under the ECHR (human rights Act 1998) are upheld.
You must have a good level of knowledge and experience of safeguarding adults, and to undertake safeguarding enquiries and interventions and have good knowledge of Direct Payments.
